中午在我們工廠食堂吃完午飯，我們是11:30吃飯，然后吃完午飯呢，稍微走了一下，因為你剛吃完了，還是要稍微消化一下，不然血糖很容易升高。

然后我就回到辦公室，聽聽音樂，吹吹空調(diào)，在這里寫完了一篇960個字的推文，我現(xiàn)在每天都會寫一篇，我就刻意練習(xí)強迫自己寫，無論寫工藝也好，寫工廠的事情也好，寫出貨寫客戶寫業(yè)務(wù)，反正每一篇字都要接近1000個字左右，每天就逼自己寫，反正就找時間寫。

然后現(xiàn)在寫完了，時間12:50，拍個視頻講一下，等會13:00就去睡覺，我們下午1:30上班，還可以休息半個小時，就在辦公室，因為辦公室我們有那種折疊椅，就在這里休息一下，我覺得很舒服，真的，就現(xiàn)在這年頭就是我們有工作做有業(yè)務(wù)做，有客戶信任我們，選擇我們工廠去制作展柜，然后我們又能保質(zhì)保量的給客戶完成。

不是說像以前啊刮風(fēng)下雨頂著大太陽出去開車找客戶，現(xiàn)在完全不需要這樣去找客戶了，現(xiàn)在都是客戶頂著大太陽過來看廠，因為我去他那里看沒用，都是他過來看一下我們是不是一個實際的工廠，現(xiàn)在的運營情況、做的產(chǎn)品，包括我這個人他都想認(rèn)識一下，所以現(xiàn)在都是客戶來工廠談。

下午也是有一個客戶，他說他3:00或者3:30之前吧到我們這里，所以我就正好在廠里就等一下他就挺好的，我覺得現(xiàn)在的這種業(yè)務(wù)情況生活情況都挺好的，又不是很辛苦，大家都比較順利做的。所以就我們現(xiàn)在就每天就是做一些推廣，把自己給宣傳出去，把工廠宣傳出去。

It's great to have steady work and clients who trust us to manufacture their display cabinets. We no longer need to venture out in all weather conditions to find new business. Instead, potential clients visit us to ensure we're a genuine and reliable manufacturer. They want to see our current operations and meet me personally.

This afternoon, a client is scheduled to arrive by 3:00 or 3:30 PM, so I'll be here waiting for them. Our current business situation is smooth and stress-free. We focus on promoting ourselves and our factory, ensuring our message reaches potential clients.
