昨天晚上實在太困了,一到周日,人就比較懶惰,把視頻和文章發(fā)了之后,就不想管工作的事,但是周日也加了6個新客戶,放到星期一再說吧。
直播到十點半,一下播洗個澡倒頭就睡,睡到早上6點55分才醒。近兩年開始,很少有睡夠8小時的時候,做展柜業(yè)務之后,總有一根弦繃著,告訴我要早點醒來。
昨晚在直播間,我記得有2個要做木盒的網(wǎng)友問了一句,問我們做不做手表的包裝盒,我現(xiàn)在記不得名字了,應該當時就讓他們在后臺給我留言一下號碼的,不過也沒事,我隔天就播,他們還是會看到我的。
其實我們鑫峰展柜廠不僅做手表、珠寶、博物館的展柜,也做陳列道具、木質包裝盒、搖表器,這樣的工廠,在國內應該很難找出第二家了。在97年開始辦廠的時候,就是以做陳列道具和包裝盒起家,過了十來年之后才開始加入展柜項目。我還記得我小學的時候,也經(jīng)常去做這些包裝盒的內飾,幫忙做內飾,這是純手工活,只要大人告訴你這個怎么做,簡單的工序我們也可以做。
說起來,我這還是從小培養(yǎng)的,應該很有發(fā)言權。
那時候的盒子特別簡單,客戶也沒有特別嚴格的要求,市場生意也特別好,只要是個盒子給出去就行了,隨著市場經(jīng)濟的變化,現(xiàn)在的包裝盒可能比內里的貨品還要高檔幾倍?!懊孀庸こ獭狈浅V匾?。尤其珠寶、手表都是奢侈品,富婆們的最愛,沒有一個高檔包裝是不行的。
我今年寫過一篇公眾號《給消費者講述關于包裝的精美故事》,天津出口的人工吹制高腳酒杯,經(jīng)新西蘭百貨公司按當?shù)厝说牧晳T精心包裝后,售價比原普通包裝高出一倍多。
其實客戶購買商品,頗有點像相親——首先給人的第一印象,是對方的外貌及言談舉止。同樣,商品給消費者的第一印象,也不是他的內在質量,而是他的外在包裝。商品的包裝漂亮。不僅能吸引顧客,還能在其心里激起快感,產(chǎn)生購買欲望。反之,內在質量再好,亦會因消費者對它的第一印象不佳而生厭。
買珠寶和手表一樣,不僅僅買個物品,他們的包裝盒有時候也是一件精美的禮物,放在梳妝臺上也是裝飾品,自然受歡迎,所以啊,包裝盒做得好,對銷量有提升作用。
直播間是個特別好跑業(yè)務的地方,也是我學習的地方,客戶有什么問題會直接在直播間提出,我可以當面解答,真的我也不懂的,我就下播去做功課,去問師傅。
半個小時有179個人看過我直播,已經(jīng)非常不得了了,線下去跑客戶,半個小時還沒出東莞。

In 1997, when the factory started, we was to do display props and boxes to start, after more than 10 years before starting to join the showcase project. I remember when I was in primary school, I often went to do the interior of these boxes. With the changes in the market economy, today's boxes may be several times more expensive than the goods inside. “Face engineering” is very important. In particular, jewelry, watches are luxury goods, rich women's favorite, no one is not a high-grade packaging.
This year, I wrote an article titled“Telling consumers a beautiful story about packaging”. The hand-blown wine glasses exported from Tianjin were carefully packaged by the department store of New Zealand according to the local people's habits, the price is more than double that of the original ordinary packing.
In fact, when customers buy goods, it is rather like a blind date-the first impression is the other person's appearance and demeanor. Similarly, the first impression of a product to the consumer is not its internal quality, but its external packaging. The goods are beautifully packaged. Not only can attract customers, but also in their hearts to stimulate pleasure, the desire to buy. On the other hand, the internal quality is good, but also because the first impression on it is not good and the customers will be tired.
Buying jewelry and watches are the same thing. Not only do they buy an item, but their box is also sometimes a beautiful gift. It is also a decoration on the dresser, so it is naturally popular. So, ah, if the box is well made, it will increase sales.
The live broadcast room was a particularly good place to run business, and it was also a place where I studied. If a client had any questions, he would directly raise them in the live broadcast room. I could answer them face-to-face. If I really did not understand them, I would just stop the broadcast and ask the master.
Half an hour there are 179 people have watched me live. How extraordinary! If we run customers under the Internet, half an hour we has not left Dongguan.
