3）有意識。你得不停地琢磨，我下一次怎么樣比上一次做得更好？我有沒有其他的方法？我能不能在現(xiàn)有的基礎上再進行創(chuàng)新、改造？所以，你要不斷地去琢磨這件事，有意識地去重復做同一件事，才能夠把這件事做到極致，才能夠精通這項技能，才能夠成為這個領域的專家。
