昨晚十點(diǎn),山西的老板發(fā)來信息說:“章總,80%定金已付!請(qǐng)查收!”


劉先生的商鋪是在景區(qū)里面的,3層樓的四合院,外立面+整體裝修預(yù)算花了800多萬。從去年8月籌劃、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘測(cè)、設(shè)計(jì)出圖、又反反復(fù)復(fù)修改了幾稿,終于上個(gè)月開始動(dòng)工裝修。展柜和道具部分自然而然也交給了我們,期間他也找過北京的展柜公司,最終還是找到我們鑫峰廠,幾個(gè)月時(shí)間我們通過電話溝通了一些細(xì)節(jié),互相信任才能合作長(zhǎng)久。

像這種投入裝修資金大的店鋪,對(duì)品質(zhì)有要求,又付得起錢的客戶,就是我們的vip客戶,從始至尾我都是親自對(duì)接。首先要保證使用的年限,都說新三年舊三年縫縫補(bǔ)補(bǔ)又三年,這個(gè)好習(xí)慣真是從記事起,老師就刻在我們的DNA里面了。


但是現(xiàn)在我的理念已變了,要讓客戶的柜臺(tái)9年如一,9年都是新的。


為了完成這個(gè)效果,首先從原材料上就開始改變,商用展示最怕表面的變色褪色,所以我們采用的都是耐黃變環(huán)保的油漆,決不采購(gòu)低質(zhì)低價(jià)的各類油漆,說真的,這是我們工廠的良心所在啊,因?yàn)樵谶@些方面偷工減料簡(jiǎn)直太容易了,而且客戶他們還不知道,一公斤油漆可以相差100多元,一個(gè)月可以節(jié)約10多20萬,采購(gòu)低價(jià)油漆短期1-2年之內(nèi)不會(huì)看出問題,時(shí)間一長(zhǎng)就能發(fā)現(xiàn)問題所在。而且所有的木飾面最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都是多名油漆技師用大師般的手藝多次噴涂刷漆,對(duì)品質(zhì)無微不至。我父親在木材上還加了一道他自己的工序。這個(gè)覆涂工藝可以保證面漆永不變色,而且決不出現(xiàn)微皺紋,真難有同行相提并論。


我們所有的五金件默認(rèn)使用國(guó)際一線品牌,比如說滑輪和導(dǎo)軌,之前默認(rèn)是使用3年的壽命,現(xiàn)在我要確保它保證30萬次的推拉、開門之間的五金鉸鏈經(jīng)5萬次的開合不卡殼,杜絕以次充好。


我聽過某一個(gè)老板說的,其實(shí)9年也就換3個(gè)電源,有些或許不用3個(gè),只要它壞了,你就給客戶寄新的就可以,客戶也不會(huì)怪你的,你現(xiàn)在用3個(gè)的價(jià)格才買一個(gè),那不是浪費(fèi)么?他這邏輯也符合常理??墒俏移陀纸o換了,國(guó)產(chǎn)電源毛病是不大,正常使用也ok,但是跟國(guó)際頂級(jí)品牌比還是比不過,一是成本,二是從內(nèi)到外所有元器件都不同,三是國(guó)際品牌該做的認(rèn)證都有做,自然增加了成本,但是它穩(wěn)定、可靠,省去了后續(xù)的人工換電源的步驟。你想想,現(xiàn)在很大部分展柜是漂洋過海發(fā)到國(guó)外,國(guó)外的工人可比國(guó)內(nèi)金領(lǐng)的工資都高,人工費(fèi)貴的不得了,到時(shí)候壞了,誰去負(fù)責(zé)維修?客戶會(huì)維修的還是少數(shù),大部分人是不懂電器維修的,包括國(guó)內(nèi)也是,找人維修是小事,耽誤做生意是大事。一個(gè)電源還只是展柜制作的很小的部分之一,采購(gòu)成本卻增加60%,省去所有的后顧之憂。


當(dāng)你的理念變了,想給客戶用上最好的,而不是想著怎么節(jié)約不被人知道,怎么自己要多賺一點(diǎn)錢,做事的時(shí)候,就不是斤斤計(jì)較畏手畏腳,這樣做出來的展柜能不好嗎?除了貴點(diǎn),它就沒毛病?。?/span>

Clients who invest heavily in shop renovations, demand quality, and can afford it, are our VIP customers. I handle these accounts personally from start to finish. First and foremost, we ensure durability. As the saying goes, "new for three years, old for three, patched up for another three." This good habit has been ingrained in us since childhood.


However, now my philosophy has changed. Our goal is to keep our clients' counters looking new for nine years.


To achieve this, we start by changing the raw materials used. The primary concern in commercial displays is surface discoloration and fading. Therefore, we exclusively use environmentally friendly paints that resist yellowing, never compromising on quality for cheaper alternatives. This is where our factory's integrity lies, because cutting corners here is too easy, and clients wouldn't know the difference. There can be a price difference of over 100 yuan per kilogram of paint, saving tens of thousands of yuan a month. Using cheap paints won't show problems in the short term (one to two years), but over time, the issues become apparent.


Moreover, all wood finishes are treated by skilled painters with meticulous attention to detail. My father has added his own proprietary process to the wood treatment, something I haven't seen in any of the thirty display case factories I've visited. This coating process ensures that the surface finish remains unchanged and free from micro-wrinkles, setting us apart from competitors.


We exclusively use international top-brand hardware. Previously, the default lifespan for rollers and tracks was three years, but now we ensure they withstand 300,000 slides and door hinges open and close 50,000 times without jamming, eliminating substandard components.


Regarding power switches, one entrepreneur once said that over nine years, only three switches might need replacement, sometimes even fewer. When a switch fails, simply send a new one to the client, who won't blame you. Buying one switch at the price of three seems wasteful. While his logic makes sense, I still opted for upgrades. Domestic switches are fine under normal use, but compared to international top brands, there are differences in cost, internal components, certifications, and stability. Although international brands incur higher costs, they save on labor for replacements, especially considering that many of our display cases are shipped overseas, where labor costs are exorbitant. Most clients aren't electricians, whether domestically or internationally. Replacing a faulty switch can disrupt business. A switch is just a small part of a display case, yet the procurement cost increases by 60%, eliminating all future concerns.


When your philosophy changes and you aim to provide the best for your clients instead of thinking about cost-cutting and personal gains, you work without hesitation. Such dedication results in high-quality display cases, albeit at a higher price, but with no drawbacks!
