最近海外的華人客戶真的好多,事實(shí)證明,相信你的客戶,哪怕隔著兩個(gè)國家,都要找你做展柜。
蔡小姐祖籍是福建人,在東南亞國家做了20多年珠寶生意,有一家老店是在商場(chǎng)里面的,現(xiàn)在這家新店也是需要重新裝修,雖然說身處海外,但是她說所有采購的產(chǎn)品包括家里的沙發(fā)都是在中國買好然后海運(yùn)出去。
她就在網(wǎng)上看了我很多視頻加了我的VX,我習(xí)慣性會(huì)問她一些店鋪的情況,再和客戶語音通話了10多分鐘,因?yàn)榈昝婢蛶资畟€(gè)平方,位置不大,一通電話就把平面圖給敲定下來了,我一直是遵從尤其是終端客戶自己開的店,很多客戶是把珠寶當(dāng)作自己一生的事業(yè),可能只開幾家店,但每家店都是自己投入心血去做,客戶都是抱著這種生態(tài)去做生意,我們展柜工廠更要把品質(zhì)做好,“新三年、舊三年、縫縫補(bǔ)補(bǔ)又三年”這句話固然是沒錯(cuò)的,但是可以做到“九年如一嶄新”不是更好嗎?

第二天,我預(yù)算了一份展柜合同給蔡小姐,她也是及其相信我,價(jià)格、交期什么都交給我來安排,并且還付了全款,我們工廠其實(shí)都是預(yù)收80%的定金,有點(diǎn)意外,可見她也是個(gè)爽快的人。我是一個(gè)很怕辜負(fù)別人的人,做生意賺多賺少還沒關(guān)系,贏虧很正常,但是很怕客戶的精神和心理壓力,我們是不能對(duì)不起客戶的。
她這么信任我,我也馬上就安排出圖,尺寸是她在當(dāng)?shù)氐赇伬锖藢?shí)的,國外太遠(yuǎn),我們?nèi)诉^去也不方便,如果是在國內(nèi),一定是我們的設(shè)計(jì)師出去量尺寸再制作。

Miss Cai, a client from Fuzhou who has been engaged in the jewelry business in the Philippines for 20 years, recognizes Xinfeng and has purchased display cases and props twice from us.
Recently, there has been an influx of overseas Chinese clients, proving that even when separated by national borders, clients will seek out our display case services if they trust us.
Miss Cai, whose ancestral home is in Fujian Province, has been running a jewelry business in Southeast Asia for over two decades. She owns an old store inside a mall and now needs to renovate her new store. Despite being overseas, she insists on purchasing all products, including furniture like sofas, from China and shipping them abroad via sea freight.
She found many of my videos online and added me on WeChat. I usually inquire about the store details and had a voice call with her for over ten minutes. Because the shop is only a few dozen square meters in size, we finalized the floor plan during one phone call. I always respect the efforts of terminal clients who run their own stores, as many view their jewelry business as a lifelong endeavor. They might only open a few stores, but each one is imbued with their dedication and hard work. As a display case factory, we must ensure the quality of our products. While the saying "good for three years, usable for another three, patched and mended for yet another three" holds true, wouldn’t it be better to maintain a “nine-year like new” condition?
To achieve nine years without malfunction requires focusing on the quality of components. High-quality manufacturing means higher prices, but our clients accept these high standards of display case production, even at a premium. In the past 30 years, we have remained committed to producing high-standard display cases, and factories like ours are rare.
The next day, I sent Miss Cai a display case contract, and she, trusting me completely, left the pricing and delivery schedule to me, even paying the full amount upfront. Our factory typically collects an 80% deposit, so her prompt payment was unexpected, showing what a straightforward person she is. I am always wary of disappointing others. Profit margins matter less than ensuring that clients do not experience undue mental stress or disappointment; we cannot let them down.
Given her trust, I immediately arranged for the drawings based on the dimensions she verified locally. Given the distance, traveling there would be impractical; if the store were domestic, our designers would measure the space themselves.
After placing the order for the display cases, we proceeded with the display props, which she wanted to arrive alongside the cases. She chose to have them produced at our factory, recognizing that no other factory in China can produce both display cases and props for watches, jewelry, and museums. This unique advantage often leads us to tailor props to fit the counters and the overall style of the shop, aiming to ease the client’s burden and retain their business. Clients who purchase props along with counters often receive the props at cost, almost like “half-price” deals. My goal in producing props is not to generate significant profit from them but to ensure a harmonious effect on-site and precise fit with the display cases.
