能夠得到老客戶的認可,真的太開心啦。這時代最貴的不是鉆石不是黃金,信任才是無價的。今天我就遇見2位在廣州這樣的老客戶。
“我也去廣州看了2家柜臺廠,他們做的也不錯,我沒去過你廠,但是還是選擇了你”
這是廣州客戶剛跟我合作時跟我說的,這也算是客戶的購買理由。她在廣州有檔口,在佛山有工廠,2個月前剛找鑫峰展柜廠設計過店鋪,并制作了展柜。這個設計當時就廢了很多心思,光是量尺寸就去了2次,為了反復確認一個電箱的尺寸。
設計的墻面用了大量的凹凸板做造型,這個板材噴上亮光烤漆是蠻漂亮的,但是墻面上做了很多暗藏抽屜和隱形門,這為了把凹凸板的接縫做的美觀,每一個開門的縫隙不超過2毫米,可就有難度啦。我跟設計還有木工部商討了櫥窗的尺寸,每個櫥窗框之間的斷開處都是經(jīng)過講究的,就是為了遵從“縫隙能做1條就不做2條”的原則??p隙太多就不美觀了,而且開門關門之間會造成損耗。
這個俗稱“美縫”處理,沒有一定的經(jīng)驗或者之前沒有踩過這樣的坑,真的不知道需要這樣制作!別人都是拿到圖紙哼次哼次就開工了,不研究結(jié)構(gòu)和客戶的使用順暢度,只見樹木不見森林,只有設計不懂落地的方案不是一個好方案,胡亂接單開工的后果就是,客戶成了小白鼠,你的店面成了試驗品,為什么看病也好,做事也好,都想著找有經(jīng)驗的,現(xiàn)在想來確實是有一點道理。自己深入車間之后,發(fā)現(xiàn)展柜甚至是任何一個行業(yè)不論是傳統(tǒng)的還是新興的,存在了30年,都有它自己的偉大之處,不是簡簡單單說木材、玻璃、五金一堆材料拼一拼就出來了,現(xiàn)在客人要還有這樣的想法,我得讓他來開廠做展柜試試,因為曾經(jīng)我也是這樣的想法,學習之后才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己太天真了,天真到愚蠢。
先想后做,制作過程非常順利,出貨之后到店里安裝好客戶也非常的滿意,由于客人是做手表加工工廠的,所以有非常多的樣表要擺放,需要大量的托盤。本身呢她在網(wǎng)上購買托盤,沒曾想簡單托盤網(wǎng)上的造型是OK的,但是使用起來竟然一掰就斷,因為它們的圍邊條都是用膠粘的,可以左右晃動,這樣制作表面上看是一樣的,只有用過一段時間才能發(fā)現(xiàn)問題。
我們工廠加多了一道工序,在托盤的左右兩側(cè)和底部激光開槽了,中間的條子都是用PVC雕刻的,比密度板做的硬實但是重量又輕,整體一個托盤下來重量在400克,解放工作人員的雙手,拿起不費勁。
這周又來翻單做托盤,還打了全款,這種被信任的感覺真的幸福,我相信以后還有很多次的合作。

It is truly gratifying to gain recognition from repeat clients. In this era, the most valuable commodity is not diamonds or gold, but trust. Today, I encountered two such long-term clients in Guangzhou.
"I also visited two other display cabinet factories in Guangzhou. Their work was good too, but although I haven't been to your factory, I still chose you."
This was what a Guangzhou client said to me when we first started working together. It could be considered her reason for choosing us. She has a storefront in Guangzhou and a factory in Foshan. Two months ago, she engaged Xinfeng Display Cabinet Factory to design her store and manufacture the display cabinets. A lot of thought went into the design, and we visited the site twice just to measure the dimensions accurately, especially for the electrical box.
The walls were designed using a large amount of embossed panels, which look very attractive when coated with glossy paint. However, the walls incorporated hidden drawers and invisible doors. To make the joints of the embossed panels aesthetically pleasing, the gaps around each door were kept to no more than 2 millimeters, which posed quite a challenge. We discussed the dimensions of the window displays with the designer and carpentry department, ensuring that the breaks between each window frame adhered to the principle of "one line rather than two," thus minimizing visible seams and reducing wear and tear from opening and closing.
This technique is known as "beautiful seam" handling, and it requires considerable experience. Other manufacturers might simply start working on the designs without considering the structural integrity or the ease of use for the client, failing to see the forest for the trees. Such an approach results in subpar outcomes. Clients end up becoming guinea pigs, and their shops turn into test subjects. Whether seeking medical treatment or engaging in business, people prefer experienced professionals, and for good reason.
After careful planning, the production process went smoothly. Upon installation, the client was very satisfied. Since the client operates a watch processing factory, she needed numerous sample trays for display. Initially, she bought trays online, which looked fine but turned out to be easily broken due to their adhesive edges that could be wobbled side to side.
Our factory added an extra step to the process, laser-cutting grooves on the sides and bottom of the trays. The middle strips are carved from PVC, making them sturdier than MDF while lighter in weight. Each tray weighs approximately 400 grams, making it easier for staff to handle.
This week, she returned to place another order for trays, paying the full amount upfront. The feeling of being trusted is truly rewarding, and I believe there will be many more opportunities for collaboration in the future.
