跟一位老朋友，好久不見。

Long time no see with an old friend.

他是我2017年剛進(jìn)入鑫峰展柜廠工作時(shí)候認(rèn)識(shí)的一位朋友，自然也是做展柜這個(gè)行業(yè)，只是他是做數(shù)碼產(chǎn)品店鋪，而我是專注于鐘表、珠寶奢侈品店鋪。

He is a friend I met when I first started working at Xinfeng Display Factory in 2017. He is also in the display case industry, but he is in the digital shop, while I focus on the luxury shop of watches and jewelry.

當(dāng)時(shí)，我們同在東莞，他在我隔壁鎮(zhèn)上，還互有往來，時(shí)常交流，3年前他搬去了中山，我們幾乎沒有聯(lián)系，這不，前幾天，我們聊起來。

At that time we were both in Dongguan while he was in the town next door to me. We had exchanges with each other and communicated frequently, Three years ago, he moved to Zhongshan and we hardly had any contact then.Well. we were in touch again the other day.

他說：我們這行業(yè)，從去年到今年，都是艱難度日，可怎么辦？

我說：“我們業(yè)務(wù)還挺好的，個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)都是上升”

I said, "Our business is good while our personal business is up."

他又說：“有人好，就有人差，市場就那么大?！?/span>

“Some people are good so some people are bad,” he added. “The market is just a little big.”

我聽了很感慨，3年前還是意氣風(fēng)發(fā)的模樣，剛在東莞購?fù)攴?，今年再見，已是連連搖頭。

I heard very emotionally. 3 years ago, in high and vigorous spirits he just bought a house in Dongguan, but seeing him this year, I just had to shook my head.

我跟他的看法就完全相反，戴口罩這3年，老客戶生意是差了很多，應(yīng)該說是腰砍的程度。以前做業(yè)務(wù)是怎么樣呢，是不用做業(yè)務(wù)的，在工廠辦公室接單就可以了，那時(shí)候客人生意好，每個(gè)工廠生意都好，哪里需要跑業(yè)務(wù)，都是他們送訂單。一個(gè)月做幾十家店，有的忙了，營業(yè)額輕松達(dá)標(biāo)。

I have the opposite view of him. In 3 years of wearing masks, the old customer business was a lot worse, which should be said to be the extent of the loin chop. Before doing business is how? We were not to do business because in the factory office we could receive orders. At that time the customer business was good and every factory business is good. Where was a need to run business? They sent orders to us. A month to do dozens of stores. If busy, turnover was easily up to standard.

這樣的好日子這2年就沒有了，很多人這時(shí)候把業(yè)績下滑，就歸功于口罩影響和大環(huán)境影響。其實(shí)，反過來想想，展柜廠一年就做那么點(diǎn)份額，全球該裝修的珠寶店手表店不是照樣在裝修，歷峰集團(tuán)的珠寶照樣賣的那么好，我們這么小的企業(yè)有什么理由會(huì)被影響？

These 2 years have not such good days. Many people at this time blamed the performance dropping to the mask and the impact of the environment. In fact, on the other hand, if you think about it, the display case factory only makes so little share in a year but the jewelry stores and watch stores that should be renovated around the world are still being renovated. The jewelry from Richemont Group is still selling so well. Why should a business as small as ours be affected?

唯一的原因，就是我們的業(yè)務(wù)能力太弱，依賴?yán)峡蛻?，從沒開發(fā)新客戶，不然大環(huán)境對(duì)小工廠有啥影響？環(huán)境好的時(shí)候也就做那些業(yè)績掙那點(diǎn)錢，也沒見你做多大，全球幾百億的市場，我們這是多小的蝦米，有什么影響呢？

The only reason is that our business ability is too weak, relying on old customers, and we never developed new customers. Otherwise the big environment has any impact on small factories? When the environment is good, you can only do what you can do to make money. You don't get how big. Zero per cent of the global market. How small are we? What's the impact?

這樣一想，心里就平衡了，做業(yè)務(wù)就更賣力了。專注在自己的一畝三分地上，不要擔(dān)心大環(huán)境造成的影響，要影響也是先影響干幾十個(gè)小目標(biāo)的大企業(yè)，關(guān)我們啥事是不？

Thinking like this, my heart is balanced, doing business more diligently. Focus on their own three acres of land. Do not worry about the impact of the environment. Even though the influence is also the first to large enterprises thet do dozens of small goals. We have anything to do is not it?

這2年，調(diào)整了方向。

These two years, the direction is changed.

不賒賬，不比價(jià)，不做窮人生意。

No credit, no price comparison, no poor man's business.

把制造質(zhì)量提高到可以對(duì)標(biāo)國際一線，再次也是國內(nèi)一線，低于這種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的展柜就不制作，一開始就放棄了很多客戶，但是我們這樣把制造質(zhì)量和成本提高以后，反而贏得了不少回頭客，現(xiàn)在無論是國內(nèi)還是國外，有錢人太多了，需要好產(chǎn)品的客戶也多，有很多人是不在意價(jià)格的，只要你做的好就可以，前提是你要做到一線品牌的水準(zhǔn)。

To improve the manufacturing quality to the international first-line, and worsely, the domestic first-line, while below this kind of standard display cases will not be produced, we gave up many customers at the beginning. But after we raised the manufacturing quality and cost like this, we won many repeat customers. Now, whether at home or abroad, there are too many rich people and many customers who need good products. There are a lot of people do not care about the price, as long as you do a good job on the premise that you have to do a first-line brand level.

就這樣來的客戶慢慢積累了2年都是好客戶，每天做點(diǎn)推廣，有十來個(gè)客戶咨詢就蠻好。

In this way, the customer slowly accumulated 2 years. They are all good customers. Every day we do some promotion and there are more than 10 customers to consult is a good thing.
