【173】線下聚會對展柜廠銷售業(yè)務的感悟

今天能來到現(xiàn)場的同學個個都有2把刷子。都是我學習的榜樣。

因為戴口罩的時間好久,我們有2年半的時間都沒有聚在一起了,廣東真的是一個很神奇的地方,兩年時間,大家伙的生意有一個大的飛躍,可能前兩年還是幾千萬的營業(yè)額,這兩年就夠一個小目標了。

線下交流,我們每一位同學都發(fā)言,講講我們各自在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上拿訂單的方法,我也分享了我的,我是屬實聽話照做的那種,反正人家拍視頻寫文章,那我也拍視頻寫文章,依葫蘆畫瓢的類型。

In offline communication, each of our classmates spoke about how we each take orders on the Internet, and I also shared my own. I did as I was told. In any case, people took videos and wrote articles, then I also shoot video,writing articles, according to the type of gourd ladle.


學習到的內(nèi)容,第一點是譚總的外貿(mào)推廣,不管我的英語好不好,先做起來才是最重要的,如果剛開始不想花錢,可以先試用一些他們免費的方法,在社交媒體上推廣。把我寫的100篇文章和1000多個視頻,發(fā)到國外的網(wǎng)站上,這個是我目前最簡單最不花錢的方法,還有發(fā)20個b2b網(wǎng)站的信息。

第三點,要牢牢記住,不是我們自己有多牛,而是跟我們合作的客戶有多牛。跟新客戶介紹的時候,就忘了這點,想不起客戶背書,講了一通,客戶也沒理解,也沒覺得你有多好,不就是干個小破工廠嗎。

Third, keep in mind that it's not how great we are, but how great our clients are. When introducing to new customers, I forgot about this. I couldn't remember the endorsement from the customers, so I made a speech. The customers didn't understand, nor did they think you were very good. It was just a small factory, wasn't it?


第四點是直播很重要,直播是我做的最少的一個方面,每天忙完都累成狗了,完全不想做直播,當然了,也是因為我直播間人少,就不起勁了,一個人冷場。視頻的時候講什么內(nèi)容呢?我們是不賣貨,也不推銷,也不需要讓粉絲送禮物什么點個小關小注的,我們在直播間推廣展柜工廠,為有展柜需求的客戶提供幫助,當然這樣的工業(yè)品客戶需求肯定沒有消費品多的,因此不用太多流量,一天一場直播45分鐘足矣。重要的是每天打卡。

第五點是,說什么?直播尷尬可以講什么,45分鐘的講課內(nèi)容,

第六點,是寫作的時候,運用到營銷里面的說話是調(diào)動情緒,我們寫的文章太平,敘述一件事死板,可以靈活一些,寫完之后來一個小情緒的調(diào)動。
