這是昨天在直播間一位ZK網(wǎng)友留言，他也是做手表經(jīng)銷商，開店數(shù)量倒不多，在終端零售的店鋪數(shù)量都不會太多的，但就是這幾次的裝修經(jīng)歷就夠讓他刻骨銘心了。

客戶也是一樣，既然我們是針對高端奢侈品用戶做展柜生意，這樣的客戶第一是付得起款，第二是對品質(zhì)有極高要求，他們花錢想找好的廠家，但是往往這樣頂尖的廠家是不多的，2%&80%定律就是這樣，好的工廠就是2%，但是同質(zhì)化的廠家占據(jù)了絕不多數(shù)的80%。

ZK先生的案例不是說找熟人不好，但是很多產(chǎn)品還是要找到合適的廠家去做，靠譜有責(zé)任心的廠家去制作，我之前也掉入誤區(qū)，找我們的供應(yīng)商目前就局限在東莞鎮(zhèn)區(qū)旁邊的廠家，發(fā)現(xiàn)很多配套的產(chǎn)品做不好，他們達(dá)不到我的要求，就把范圍擴(kuò)大，到整個廣東省，只要不出廣東省就好。
