臨近元旦，開(kāi)店數(shù)量急劇上升。

昨天晚上11點(diǎn)多了，客戶還在不停的打電話，溝通開(kāi)業(yè)的事情，甚至已經(jīng)爆起了粗口。但是我的解釋很薄弱，很無(wú)力，只能靜靜受著，白天的另一位客戶也是在催貨，包括工廠其他訂單也催。

客戶連續(xù)的催貨，讓我經(jīng)常晚上腦子還在思考，明明做柜子是體力勞動(dòng)，到我這成了腦力勞動(dòng)，無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻在想著展柜這件事，不知道有沒(méi)有同樣做制造業(yè)的小伙伴也有這種感覺(jué)。

The continuous urging of the customers made me think about it at night. It was clearly manual work to make the cabinets, but now it has become mental work to me. I was thinking about the display case all the time. I do not know whether there is a manufacturing partners have the same feeling.

我們工廠的展柜訂單也是，目前還有5家店鋪還沒(méi)下單，是預(yù)備要下單的，說(shuō)真的，我都不敢接下來(lái)做了，柜臺(tái)訂單目前是做到12月15號(hào)前，做完到元旦只剩2周時(shí)間。

Our factory's order for display cases is the same. At present, there are still five stores that have not yet placed an order. They are ready to place an order. To be honest, I dare not do it. The counter order is currently due before December 15, only 2 weeks left until New Year's Day.

2周的時(shí)間要把5家店鋪都趕到元旦前后開(kāi)業(yè)，很懸，理想狀態(tài)下趕得到時(shí)間，一出意外就涼涼要延遲，沒(méi)有把握的事情，我也不敢去做，不能做。

因此今天就拒絕了3家店鋪，讓客戶趕緊另行找供應(yīng)商，另外兩家一家是新加坡的一家是福建的，這兩家呢時(shí)間沒(méi)有卡的那么緊，在1月10號(hào)之前發(fā)出去就可以，這樣我就有把握多了。

Therefore, I rejected three stores today and asked customers to quickly look for another supplier. The other two stores are one in Singapore and one in Fujian. These two stores don't have as much time as the card. We can send it by January 10th, and I'll be much more confident.

做定制展柜，不是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品，是一個(gè)半工業(yè)品，每家店鋪需要的配件不一樣要重新采購(gòu)，還有一部分呢是需要外發(fā)供應(yīng)商配合制作，因此無(wú)形中就會(huì)延長(zhǎng)很多時(shí)間。

Making custom-made display cases is not a standard product, but a semi-industrial product. Each shop needs different accessories to be re-purchased. There is also a part that needs to be made with the cooperation of an outsourced supplier. Therefore, this extended a lot of time in invisible.

以前我呢，不清楚，為什么生產(chǎn)會(huì)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，今年一年親自在一線做之后，才發(fā)現(xiàn)原來(lái)這些環(huán)節(jié)是會(huì)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，并且是會(huì)出現(xiàn)什么問(wèn)題，哪些外發(fā)的要提前做，而且提前做還要不能出錯(cuò)。

In the past, I didn't know why there were problems in production. This year, after personally working in the front line for one year, I found out where would be problems in and what problems would arise, and which of the outsourced ones had to be done in advance, and how to do it ahead of time without making mistakes.

并且自己做多了，什么樣的柜子會(huì)出現(xiàn)什么樣的問(wèn)題自然就清楚了，實(shí)踐出真知真的是真理。

And doing more personally, naturally I know what kind of cabinet will appear what kind of problem clear. Practice makes perfect.

一個(gè)是銷售業(yè)務(wù)，這是全部的重頭戲，沒(méi)有訂單，一切都是0，所以業(yè)務(wù)我要緊抓，而且要做好。

One is the sales business, which is all the key. Without orders, everything is 0, so I have to grasp business and do well.

有了業(yè)務(wù)之后，還要有一個(gè)強(qiáng)有力的后端支撐，所有的后端服務(wù)都是為了接更多的訂單，所以目前是我每個(gè)訂單都親自跟蹤，我相信這樣跟蹤2-3年，對(duì)我的柜臺(tái)制作專業(yè)知識(shí)會(huì)增長(zhǎng)的很快。這樣的好處就是，明白可以在哪個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)改善。

After the business, we also have to have a strong back-end support. All the back-end services are to take more orders, so now I have to personally follow up every order. I believe after this tracking for 2-3 years, my counter production expertise will grow quickly. The benefit is that you know where you can improve.
