其實我們的無論是付款條件還是對客戶和品質(zhì)的要求都是蠻苛刻的，付不起錢的不做，對品質(zhì)沒要求的不做。

恰恰就是這樣，反而來的都是高端客戶，他們的每一家店投入都是過千萬級別的，反正都是有錢大佬，做的體面生意，因而對店鋪的裝修風(fēng)格裝修品質(zhì)，還有陳列柜的品質(zhì)都要求極高，打錢都不帶墨跡的，也不砍價，只要按照他的要求去做就好。

因為現(xiàn)在我們聚焦只做珠寶和鐘表展柜和道具，不做現(xiàn)場，雖然因為不做現(xiàn)場施工也失去了一些訂單，但是生意是做不完的，只要自己的產(chǎn)品制造質(zhì)量做的足夠好可以對標(biāo)國際一線大品牌，怎么還會怕訂單不夠呢？

以前我也是掉入了一個誤區(qū)，總感覺客戶要什么產(chǎn)品，我就想辦法給他找什么產(chǎn)品，工廠就是個大超市，應(yīng)有盡有。

其實不然，想想還是自己的業(yè)務(wù)能力太菜了，我們工廠不是一個大超市，也不是倉庫，我們只賣我們自己做的最好的兩樣產(chǎn)品——展柜和陳列道具。不是客戶要什么燈箱畫啊要什么椅子啊都幫他做，現(xiàn)在這些通通不做，只做展柜。

In fact, think about it or our own business ability is too weak. Our factory is not a big supermarket, nor a warehouse. We only sell our own two best products-display cases and display props. Not what the customer wants like light, box, painting, etc.is what we need to make. Now we don't do all these, only doing display cabinets.

這樣往復(fù)循環(huán)，展柜生意自然而然就好，展柜還只做珠寶和鐘表的，聚焦制作，全球做珠寶和手表的品牌客戶那么多，我們做幾個就夠了。

深圳一家上市公司，因為交期太趕，我拒絕了他兩次，一共4家店鋪的展柜，總金額100多w，可惜，也不可惜。

曾經(jīng)我嘗試過因為趕工期出現(xiàn)的各種問題，柜臺質(zhì)量沒法保證，也損失了信譽，整個工廠生產(chǎn)被調(diào)度的亂七八糟，總而言之，就是得不償失。客人到工廠放狠話，吵架，場面一度尷尬。
