2016年大學(xué)在醫(yī)院實(shí)習(xí)的時(shí)候就經(jīng)?？吹竭@樣的場(chǎng)景，每天一堆人烏泱泱的涌進(jìn)醫(yī)院，我跟在帶教醫(yī)生后面一起出門診，當(dāng)時(shí)在骨科和婦產(chǎn)科，每位病人進(jìn)來(lái)都是愁容滿面，滿臉沒(méi)希望的樣子，但是我的老師們都很淡定也很冷靜面無(wú)表情，一看他一拍片：好沒(méi)什么事，回去吃這個(gè)藥就可以，再不濟(jì)做個(gè)手術(shù)。然后我發(fā)現(xiàn)幾周下來(lái)，毛病都大同小異，難怪他這么冷靜，在做手術(shù)的時(shí)候也是氣氛輕松，哪怕病人腿都軟了。

In 2016, when I was interning in a hospital, I often saw this scene. Every day, a large group of people rushed into the hospital. I went out with the teaching doctor. At that time, I was in the Orthopaedics and Obstetrics Department, and every patient came in looking sad and hopeless, but my teachers were calm and expressionless. When they saw the patients and taked a film, they said, “It's fine. Just go back and take this medicine. Do an operation if you have to." Then I realized that after a few weeks, the symptoms were the same. No wonder he was so calm and relaxed during the operation, even though the patient's legs had gone soft.

到今時(shí)今日我終于明白了，為什么他們冷靜，因?yàn)橛龅降牟∪送Y狀的太多了，無(wú)非就那幾個(gè)毛病，而我不冷靜是因?yàn)槲乙?jiàn)識(shí)的太少，小題大做。

Today, I finally understand why they calm, because they met the patients with the same symptoms too much, nothing more than a few problems, and I am not calm because I have seen too little, making a mountain out of a molehill.

把展柜做好也是這樣，工廠做了30多年，就像你去醫(yī)院看病一樣，看到幾個(gè)癥狀就知道開什么藥給你，知道吃幾天你就沒(méi)事了，這么多年展柜制作無(wú)非也是那一些問(wèn)題。

生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的時(shí)候出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，我一看都不知道該怎么辦，主管師傅們一看，這有什么，馬上想到辦法就處理了，因?yàn)檫@種問(wèn)題之前就出現(xiàn)過(guò)，每到這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)一定會(huì)出現(xiàn)這種問(wèn)題。

When there was a problem in the production process, I didn't even know what to do at a glance. Once the supervisors saw what was there, they immediately thought of a way to deal with it, because this kind of problem had appeared before and this problem is bound to arise at this stage.

在組裝以及出貨安裝過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題也是差不多的，我一碰到客戶投訴、訂單逾期和質(zhì)量投訴時(shí)，就緊張的不得了，被客戶一懟就經(jīng)常語(yǔ)塞，不時(shí)會(huì)有一些差強(qiáng)人意的話術(shù)，事后想到真的是懊悔不已。

In the assembly and shipment installation process problems are similar. Each time I encountered a customer complaints, orders overdue and quality complaints, I was very nervous and often tongue-tied meeting a customer. From time to time, there will be some less-than-desirable words, hindsight is really remorse.

后來(lái)一問(wèn)，原來(lái)這本就會(huì)出現(xiàn)這種情況，出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題怎么去解決，由于我經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚缺，在一線又沒(méi)親身做過(guò)，所以大部分問(wèn)題還要求教工廠。

自己還是太年輕了，抗壓能力不夠強(qiáng)，專業(yè)水平要提高，無(wú)論如何也要提升到能夠跟主管助理這樣的級(jí)別一樣才行。

I was still too young. My ability to withstand pressure was not strong enough. I had to improve his professional level. No matter what, I had to be promoted to the same level as the assistant in charge.

今天往后我對(duì)自己的要求就是做好一位展柜“醫(yī)生”的角色，做一個(gè)展柜的專家，能夠獨(dú)立解決多種疑難雜癥，讓客戶少走彎路。
