最近我們做了一筆外貿訂單，是發(fā)到東南亞國家一個商場，也是一個百年大品牌。這是一家外貿公司接的訂單，王先生是地地道道的廣東人，經常東莞香港兩頭跑，他對價格是非常的不敏感，甚至沒有砍過一毛錢的價。

他來看過廠的第二天，就把出圖的款項安排過來了，來看過工廠的90%的客戶都會下單，這個數(shù)據是真實的，今年來的客戶都有登記，誰下單誰沒下單，最終沒下單的倒不是說產品質量不好，而是價格超過客戶的預算，沒辦法，只能不了了之。

這家店鋪的柜臺就開始拆分結構圖了，其中改尺寸，改結構，整整持續(xù)了12天，12天之后終于要下單了，一共9個柜子，結果客人說現(xiàn)場尺寸復錯了，有3個又需要暫停。

我當時心里想，做了又停，這變數(shù)很大啊。一家店鋪柜臺無論是哪家工廠做，都絕無可能在一個廠內全部完成，何況大牌的柜子是對工藝要求極高，涉及到實木雕花拼接、貼木皮，不銹鋼拉彎、電鍍、玻璃鋼化，德國空運來的鎖具，定制的超纖布等等。

于是我們決定兵分三路，其實做普通的展柜，完全不需要我出面，廠里的主管和跟單同事都處理的特別漂亮，我只用安排好出貨時間和地點，但是這筆訂單不同，從頭到尾 ，一環(huán)接著一環(huán)，弄得頭昏眼花，睡前在做這件事，醒來后想的第一件事也是這個。

So we decided to split up into three groups. In fact, we didn't need me to show up at all to make an ordinary display case.
