但是現(xiàn)在就確實碰到了這樣一筆訂單，客戶是近幾年發(fā)展迅猛的高端珠寶品牌，專門在一線城市的超A類商場開門店，而且都是開在卡地亞、寶格麗旁邊，這地位不言而喻。

找我們制作2000個油漆包裝盒，剛開始打樣呢，是沒問題的，打樣就做了2個包裝盒，完美通過樣板，緊接著客戶就打來定金，下單開始制作大貨。

大貨之中才真正出現(xiàn)了問題，手工的產(chǎn)品，沒有辦法做到百分之百完美，找遍全中國的工廠都是一樣的，導(dǎo)致了報廢率極高，做5個要報廢5個，相當于要5個盒子就要做10個，從10個里面挑出5個好的。

客戶的要求是漆面沒有一顆白點沒有一?；覊m，沒有一絲劃痕，所有面都是拋光的亮亮。做出去的盒子都被退了一半回來。

140*140MM的小盒子，講究卻很大。合頁是純銅定制的，他的緊密度和開關(guān)卡住的角度都是在工廠的機器上調(diào)整了很久，光是合頁就看了10多家工廠，造價比普通合頁貴了6倍不止，大部分工廠都達不到要求，派了3個人出去找，在網(wǎng)上找，去工廠看并且打樣才合格的，現(xiàn)在還經(jīng)常斷貨。

內(nèi)飾的燙金logo也是，之前做的戴比爾斯的小盒子都沒有這么復(fù)雜的工藝。大部分盒子燙金一遍就過，這款盒子先上一遍色，再冷燙一遍，這樣的logo有深度且燙金的顏色不會被扣掉，如果一定要暴力使用非要使用蠻力，那就另當別論了。

The gilded logo on the interior was the same, and none of the previous De Beers boxes had such a sophisticated craftsmanship. Most of the boxes would be bronzed once. This type of box would first be colored and then cold-pressed again. This logo would have depth and the bronzing color would not be deducted. If they had to use violence and brute force, that's a different story.

由于數(shù)量少，開模成本高，當時選擇了用木胚來制作，這個木胚是上下前后兩頭圓弧，圓弧的用手工包幾千個，其中也有包的不一樣的角度，角度不同，但是內(nèi)飾是開了刀模的,都是一樣內(nèi)飾，外盒卻有點輕微不同，沒有辦法，木胚也是報廢了好多。

至于漆面是重頭戲，關(guān)鍵中的關(guān)鍵。漆面找了合作的4家工廠，沒有一家愿意接，哪怕加錢人家現(xiàn)在都不愿意做，一是要求高,二是產(chǎn)能低數(shù)量又少，工廠同樣的時間做別的貨產(chǎn)能高出貨快返工率低，4家廠子都不愿意做，但是接了客戶的單了，頂著石頭都要做完，好幾家廠子收了錢又退了，寧愿虧本也不想再做這款盒子，磨了太多工時。

最后又跟我們廠長協(xié)商商量，這批盒子或許工廠是虧本在生產(chǎn)的，工人都做的怕了，看到這款盒子都后怕，但是客戶要用 ，我們再費一些時間，又重新做了一批盒子，這次精挑細選，當然要達到客戶的要求，一定是報廢很多個的。

Finally, we discussed with our factory director that perhaps the factory was producing these boxes at a loss, and the workers were all afraid of doing so. They were all afraid when they see this type of box, but the customers needed to use it. We would take some more time, again made a batch of boxes. This was carefully selected. Of course, to meet customer requirements, it must be scrapped a lot of.
