上個周末回浙江麗水處理了點事，量了一家200平二奢店的尺寸，周日在嘉興參加了一場婚禮。

“美女，你過來這邊做那么多生意，后面三個運費安裝費，都要我出，你們年輕人太厲害”

"Pretty girl, you come here to do so much business. But I have to pay for the next three shipping and installation fees. You young people are too good."

這位客戶李老板是9月份在網上加了我，他也特別爽快，加了沒多久就直接下單制作，第一筆訂單一共是5萬元，打款特別快。他是非常信任我們的，沒見過面直接匯款，而且出了貨之后，又介紹了幫他做裝修的公司，說明他對我們工廠的品質和服務都是很認可的，不然也不會轉頭就介紹給別人。

He trusted us very much aand remitted money directly without meeting each other. After he shipped the goods, he introduced the company that helped him to do the decoration, which showed that he recognized the quality and service of our factory very much, otherwise would not turn around to introduce us to others.

裝修公司來工廠看過之后，又下了幾筆訂單，他們也是非常好溝通的人，只要客戶體驗好，就無條件配合我們制作。

緊接著李老板那家店鋪又需要補做3個吊柜，他一樣找到了我們廠來制作，本著老客戶的原則，第二次下單都優(yōu)惠了，因此單價也降下來了很多，一共是8500元，橢圓的吊柜沒想到最后制作超出了成本，但也不好意思跟客戶開口再增加費用，算了，這筆訂單就這樣出貨了。

We didn't expect that the final production of the oval cabinet exceeded the cost, but also we were embarrassed to ask customers to increase the cost. We forget it, and this order shipped.

工廠制作呢是有個原則，包括合同上也會寫明僅僅只是制作費用，不包含運輸費、安裝費、垃圾清理費用以及商場進場費用，因為不涉及到現場硬裝，只專心做好展柜。所以沒有特殊的柜子需要自己一定要出去裝的，都是讓客戶在現場接電安裝，主要也是出于效率和成本方面考慮。

Factory production has a principle, including the contract will also state that it is only the production costs, not including transportation costs, installation costs, garbage removal costs, and market entry costs, because it does not involve hard installation on the spot, just focus on the display case. 柜子前兩天就叫了貨拉拉發(fā)到廣州商場，李老板也交代我寫裝修公司的電話讓他收貨安裝，我以為事情就這樣結束了，沒想到又來了這么一出，他又出了700元運輸和安裝費用給到裝修公司，這我確實是沒想到的，后面安裝的流程不歸我管。

李老板呢，不是發(fā)怒，就是非常不高興，小費用惹的他不開心，他覺得跟我們做了2次生意，又介紹了客戶，就應該給他把安裝和運輸費用都免掉，應該把制作費用都要給優(yōu)惠，因此就直接把我的vx刪除了。

He felt that after doing business with us twice and introducing customers, he should be exempted from the installation and transportation costs and the production costs should be given a discount, so he just deleted my VX.

吃一塹長一智，展柜品質是第一，一定要做到逐步對標國際一線的標準。這件事情發(fā)生之后，本來是件壞事，回過頭一想，也是增加自己做生意的經驗了。

Learn from your mistakes, the quality of the display case is the first. We must do gradually to the standard international standards. After this incident, looking back, it's a bad thing, but also increasing my business experience.

本來合同上是沒有這項運輸安裝的服務的，我自然也就沒多想沒給客戶提供安裝，其次，我做業(yè)務2年，做生意的經驗實在太少太少，摸不清頭腦，很多說話都弄不懂，這次之后，正好當給自己積累經驗了。

Originally, there was no such service for transportation and installation in the contract, so I naturally didn't think much about it and didn't provide any installation for the customers. Secondly, I have been doing business for two years, and my experience in doing business is really too little. So I can't make heads or tails of it. A lot of words do not understand. After this time, just as the accumulation of experience for their own.
