交期的關系，拒絕了接近10筆訂單，直到今天，還有客戶要來制作展柜，有上市公司的訂單，也有國際知名品牌，也有一些私人老板的店鋪。

一是付的起款，二是對品質有要求，這二者順序不可顛倒，我問他為什么這么說呢，因為對品質有要求的人很多，但是付不起那個價格，所以說要能夠付得起款，哪怕他對品質沒要求都沒事，因為工廠會替他把好關，有要求的話就更是好事了。

昨天有一位香港的客戶做化妝品的展柜，還有一位是海南的裝修公司，需要做珠寶展示的高柜。

Yesterday, a Hong Kong customer wanted to do cosmetics display cabinets and there was also a decoration company in Hainan to do jewelry display high cabinets.

香港的是比較著急，我們加了VX溝通，一來就發(fā)施工要求和數(shù)量，應該是找了蠻多家廠來看的，我跟他說，這個化妝品品牌的展柜我們可以制作，之前有給別的公司也做過這個品牌。最關鍵的是出貨時間，時間上客戶想要在1月份出貨，他第一次做這種展柜，并不知道具體周期要多久才可以做好。

The customer in Hong Kong is rather anxious. We added VX to communicate, and we sent out the construction requirements and quantity as soon as we got here. He must have found quite a number of factories to look at it. I told him that we can make the display cases of this cosmetic brand, and we've done this before for other companies. The most critical is the shipping time, time on the customer wants to ship in January. But he first made this kind of display case, do not know how long the specific cycle can be done.

我必須要對他實話實說，不僅僅只是木作，如果只有一種材質那肯定是很快的，趕工一下都可以做好，但是還有玻璃的配合，不銹鋼，皮料的配合，燈光和鎖具如果是定制的就要預留好時間，不能為了接單而滿口答應，到時候出不了貨耽誤的是你們。

因此又拒絕了這筆訂單，讓客戶到處再去找一下。客戶又問那明年什么時間可以出貨，我回復他要明年的3月份出貨。正是因為制作過，才懂得想把這件展柜做好，必須要做好這么多步驟預留好時間。

還有一位老板是海南的公司，他是希望能有現(xiàn)貨的展柜，正好他在裝修一家店鋪，具體是什么類型的我還沒有咨詢，需要幾節(jié)獨立展示的高柜，到處問了幾家工廠，都沒有做現(xiàn)貨的。
There is also a boss who has a company in Hainan. He is hoping to have a display case in stock. It just so happens that he is decorating a shop. I have not yet consulted him about the specific type of case. He needs several high display cases to be displayed independently, asking around a few factories, none of them spot.

我告訴他，很抱歉，工廠都是做定制展柜的，沒有做現(xiàn)貨庫存，這次合作不成，下次有需要高端珠寶展柜的還是可以制作的。

差不多從12月份初開始就沒有再接單了，把手頭上的訂單處理完差不多要1月15號，陸陸續(xù)續(xù)接的訂單，都排到明年的3、4月份出貨，東莞周邊和我們長期配套的供應商人家也元旦后很多預備放假，供應商不上班，單單我們廠上班也出不了貨，干脆俺也早點放假，好好總結，把貨款都結清，回家過個好年。
