展柜外貿(mào)說難也不難,說簡單也不簡單。首先辦公環(huán)境和辦公設(shè)備都好解決,在深圳的話就有很多的共享office咖啡廳圖書館,效率高成本低,打印機復(fù)印機那些現(xiàn)在也可以用全能掃描王和電子印章解決。

第三點更是重中之重,要找到靠譜的供應(yīng)商,因為我自己一畢業(yè)就進工廠,做了3年生產(chǎn)跟單,后來轉(zhuǎn)做業(yè)務(wù),我發(fā)現(xiàn)接到業(yè)務(wù)真的不是難事,怎么把客戶維護好,把好產(chǎn)品發(fā)出去是關(guān)鍵。

對工廠的要求就是品質(zhì)有保障,并且可以穩(wěn)定出貨,哪怕真不行,出了問題還能一起擔(dān)責(zé)一起解決,不然大家辛苦接的客戶必然做一個死一個,不然一單子買賣真的非常心累,很多時候遇到客戶投訴,還得外貿(mào)公司自己抗,賺的利潤還不夠你賠的,做業(yè)務(wù)的同胞必定深受同感。

在我們的理念中,只要接了的訂單,一定要百分百完成生產(chǎn),正心正念做展柜,誠心誠意對客戶。我們自己也是從0開始一步步30年走到今天,誰都是從小做到大的,不可能一開始就接百萬美金的大客戶,所以我更能理解剛創(chuàng)業(yè)的老板,需要找到靠譜的供應(yīng)商那種心情。
