我相信，老客戶能回頭找你制作第二筆訂單或者把他們開店的同行介紹到你這里制作，一定是我們獲得了他們極大的信任。不靠譜的東西，你敢介紹給別人嗎？寧愿不介紹，搞砸了的話，連朋友都沒得做了。

作為廠家來說，有70多號員工要付工資，開工廠做生意不賺錢這是不道德的，不賺錢難道開廠來過家家嗎？只是我們并不是很“成功”的商人，往往在客戶的利益和工廠利益之間選擇客戶的利益和滿意為先。

我們鑫峰廠已有30年，都是做類似于卡地亞品質的展柜和道具，現(xiàn)在像我們這樣的工廠很少的。30年都是做高標準的展柜，而且工廠有專業(yè)的全職設計師10個，會收設計費，我們不做便宜的展柜。而且不僅做展柜，也做陳列道具，像這樣兩者一起制作的工廠，國內(nèi)也許找不到第二家。

這就是所謂的天使客戶啊，付的起款，并且對品質有要求。他也沒有時間啰嗦在展柜制作上，展柜是他門店經(jīng)營很小的一部分，哪怕我展柜的價格比其他廠家是貴一些，但是我們品質做的好，哪怕真過了7、8年，售后也有保障，只要合適，“咔咔”一下就付款。
