無(wú)論是家裝還是工裝，哪怕是有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老鳥(niǎo)，也會(huì)被坑的不淺。

我總結(jié)了以下幾點(diǎn)原因：

1、裝修是一個(gè)比較復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目，大部分人一輩子做過(guò)的最大項(xiàng)目就是裝修。

復(fù)雜意味著不可控，節(jié)點(diǎn)多，出事概率高，如果是夫妻新婚一起裝修，最后搞到離婚的都不少，還有業(yè)主跟裝修公司反目成仇的比比皆是。

大部分人對(duì)于裝修的復(fù)雜度低估了，我自己裝修過(guò)不少工裝項(xiàng)目，但依然心存“恐懼”。

所以現(xiàn)在好多裝修公司甚至終端客戶，讓我們工廠給他們一起承包下來(lái)，展柜把現(xiàn)場(chǎng)裝修一起做了，我都沒(méi)接。

裝修哪怕一個(gè)插座裝錯(cuò)了位置，帶來(lái)的影響都是很高的，返工成本巨大，這跟我們做展柜是一樣，廁所下水道堵了也得讓你給他負(fù)責(zé)。

2、大部分裝修公司就是草臺(tái)班子，哪怕是看著很牛掰的公司。

以為花了100萬(wàn)，遇到的都是專業(yè)的人，錯(cuò)的，跟花10萬(wàn)的師傅可能是一波人，只不過(guò)換了個(gè)馬甲而已。干活師傅是流動(dòng)的，哪里有活哪里干。

與人打交道，是很頭疼的，為什么裝修累？累在溝通上。

不管是預(yù)算幾百萬(wàn)的別墅，還是幾十萬(wàn)的家裝，遇到的問(wèn)題基本上就是兩類(lèi)，錢(qián)和人，不斷的加預(yù)算和不斷的跟人吵架，有解么？

無(wú)解。

全世界所有甲方里面，要裝修給錢(qián)的房東，是最慘的甲方之一，裝修就是渡劫。

經(jīng)歷過(guò)幾次店鋪裝修之后，我就不接觸這方面了，當(dāng)然了，如果硬要學(xué)習(xí)的話，可能交3年學(xué)費(fèi)，也可以做好。

但是我認(rèn)為做好自家展柜廠的銷(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù)才是重中之重，展柜和道具才是我們最擅長(zhǎng)的部分。

2024年要聚焦生產(chǎn)奢侈品展柜，不是像別人說(shuō)的，只要是展柜，只要我給錢(qián)，你就可以做。錢(qián)到位，飛機(jī)大炮都能造。NONONO，并不是這樣的！

未來(lái)一定是聚焦生產(chǎn)制作才最有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，聚焦在奢侈品展柜和道具上，死磕品質(zhì)和設(shè)計(jì)感。像之前，捫心自問(wèn)，做的品類(lèi)多一定掙錢(qián)嗎？未必。很多時(shí)候做的訂單品類(lèi)多，是因?yàn)橛唵螛I(yè)務(wù)不夠，東湊西湊，把不太擅長(zhǎng)的訂單也拿來(lái)制作，因?yàn)楣S的員工不能停，得有活干。

這時(shí)候也顯示出我們自己的業(yè)務(wù)范圍不夠廣，比如我們針對(duì)高端珠寶店鋪展柜的業(yè)務(wù)，全球有那么多珠寶商，不計(jì)其數(shù)的珠寶品牌，像我們這樣的工廠產(chǎn)量，70多人的工廠，做不了太多訂單，只要抓住幾個(gè)客戶足夠足夠了。
