在我們老家浙江青田縣有一種特產(chǎn)叫“青田糖糕”，這是我從小吃到大的過年特色食物，寓意年年高。它既可以蒸也可以煎起來吃，個人感覺油煎口感更好。

就這樣，我回到東莞家中，想試試這個糖糕，我們心中感覺嘛，這是一個很簡單的活，跟煎牛排是一樣的，牛排都能煎的好，這個糕點不在話下。

沒有想到實際操作起來用小火油煎結果全部粘在了鍋上不成型，并且煎黑了。最后還是求助了父母才明白想煎的好有很多竅門啊，這些竅門都是在長年累月的積累中實踐得出。

Did not expect that a small fire frying results in all glued to the pot, not formed, and fried black. In the end, I had to ask my parents for help before I realized that there are many tips for frying well. These tips are all put into practice over the years.

而且我們工廠的大面積面板噴漆，采用專有技術，幾近無微顆粒，10個展柜廠9個做不到。高端定制的展柜沒有采用自動噴涂，也是這個原因，我們的噴漆房幾近于無塵，卻仍有顆粒，噴漆對師傅的手工技術考驗極大，當然對我們下達的要求和對客戶的保證更大，有顆粒的必須要返工，無條件返工。
