為什么這么說呢?可能也是因為客戶見的多了的緣故
這次這位客戶是過年前6天加了我VX的,當(dāng)時應(yīng)該全國大部分人民的心都在過年上了,無心工作,因此她加了我VX之后,直接問價格。
這樣的客戶,我是極其不待見的,不提要求,不說條件,只問價格。所以說每次有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)朋友需要報價的時候,我一定要問的非常清楚就是這樣,展柜是一個工業(yè)品,不是像礦泉水、方便面這樣的東西,隨便有一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)價格,展柜的價格關(guān)乎制作的全面質(zhì)量,在雙方不了解情況下報的價格,那是對彼此都不負(fù)責(zé)任,失敗率可達(dá)99%,一定見光死。
后面我還發(fā)給她:我們鑫峰廠已有30年,都是做類似于卡地亞品質(zhì)的展柜和道具,現(xiàn)在像我們這樣的工廠很少的。30年都是做高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的展柜,而且工廠有專業(yè)的全職設(shè)計師10個,會收設(shè)計費,我們不做便宜的展柜。
你是要做高質(zhì)量的嗎?高質(zhì)量就意味著價格高,目前店鋪的情況是怎么樣呢?新開店,還是老店翻新,是自己的品牌還是國外的品牌?店鋪位置是在哪兒?之前采購過的展柜有什么問題嗎?

The display case is an industrial product, not something like mineral water or instant noodles which have a random standard price. The price of the display case related to the overall quality of the production, in both parties do not understand the circumstances of the price, it is irresponsible to each other, the failure rate can reach 99% . It must dead when seeing the light.
Later I also sent her: Our Xinfeng Factory has 30 years, making display cabinets and props similar to the Cartier quality. Now such as our factory are few. 30 years are to do high standard display case, and the factory has 10 full-time professional designers, will charge design fees. We do not make cheap display case.

過了年,昨天,初十,客戶也看了我半個月朋友圈了,她又給我發(fā)來了消息。
這第二次呢,我就感覺她是真心想做柜臺的,很少有人第二次還會發(fā)來問你的,那做展柜這件事就是真實的,不是純純來比個價,何況我們價格不便宜。我們對客戶的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是:付的起款還要對品質(zhì)有要求。
原來她已經(jīng)找北方的工廠出過一次圖,也費了不少精力和設(shè)計費,但是出的設(shè)計稿她實在不滿意,水平比我們深圳的還是差遠(yuǎn)了,顯得太過傳統(tǒng),不方便在網(wǎng)上貼出圖紙,不然一定給大家看看。
這時我也明白我老師之前說過的:“人一旦用過空調(diào),就很難回去搖扇子的年代”,見過好看的珠寶店,審美就下不去了,跟我自己現(xiàn)在也是一樣,要對標(biāo)國際一線品牌的設(shè)計和制作,就很難再去接一些沒有品質(zhì)要求很普通的展柜,好像做起來總不是那么得勁,而且工廠的員工適應(yīng)了高要求的制作之后,也很難降下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)去隨便做一節(jié)展柜。
要了我們的付款方式,客戶還問我們可以分期付款嗎?
設(shè)計費不存在分期,都是一次性結(jié)清,柜臺制作費是預(yù)付80%的定金。

It turned out that she had already sent out a drawing to a factory in the north. She also spent a lot of energy and design fees, but she was really not satisfied with the design manuscript. Their standard was still far below of our Shenzhen's, and it seemed too traditional. It is not convenient to post the drawings on the internet, or we will have a look.
Then I understood what my teacher had said before: “Once you've used the air conditioner, it's hard to go back to the days of the fan.” Once you've seen a good jewelry store, you can't go back to low beauty. Just like I do now, in order to design and produce international first-line brands, it would be very difficult to pick up some common display cases that did not have quality requirements. It seemed that they were not that good to make them. Moreover, after the employees of the factory had adapted to the high requirements of production, it is also difficult to lower the standard to do a random section of the display case.
After asking for our payment terms, the customer also asked if they could pay by installments?
Design costs are not phased, are a one-time settlement, counter production costs are 80% of the deposit.
She is also very straightforward, without a word to transfer the full design fee.
