這一位客戶是來自包郵區(qū)江浙滬的,我們從2月2號加了聯(lián)系方式之后,也沒有過多的交涉,春節(jié)假期的原因,全國人民的心都放假了。

在2月19號,小姐姐又找我溝通,幾分鐘時間,轉(zhuǎn)了5位數(shù)的設計費給我。
她說“看了你半個月的朋友圈,相信你們”。
行勝于言,唯有正心正念替客戶辦好事才是關鍵,讓她不負所辜。
之前有別的公司已經(jīng)出過一稿設計和平面,在網(wǎng)上我就不貼出效果圖了,把平面圖貼出來給大家看一下,再附上我們鑫峰展柜廠重新設計過的平面布局圖。

兩個作品變化確實還蠻大的。
倉庫壓縮了,陳列改變了,客戶就是感覺之前的陳列和設計太傳統(tǒng)沒有新意,所以這次給他改了一番。
1)客戶問我們柜臺是通柜還是節(jié)柜?我告訴她,節(jié)柜和通柜都各有好處,但是節(jié)柜的優(yōu)點就是美觀,放貨量減少,通柜就可以多放貨品,我們這家店就是以精致為主,不以放貨量為優(yōu)先考慮,美觀的同時貨品也夠放。
2)注意看左上角和右上角的柜臺拐角做的是圓弧型的,之前做的是直角,之所以這樣設計是因為要弱化一下,還有一個作用就是跟空間結(jié)合,把墻體也做了弧形,兩者在空間上與之相呼應。
3)倉庫從之前的41個平方變到現(xiàn)在的20個平方,縮減了50%的面積。為何這樣改呢,因為店面的位置有限,珠寶店租金都是寸土寸金的,要太大倉庫就太浪費面積了,我們的原則就是倉庫夠用就行,把面積讓給銷售區(qū),給倉庫做了2個暗門,兩邊都可以進倉庫,暗門也不影響美觀。
4)把休息區(qū)去掉了,整個銷售區(qū)是100個平方??蛻粢埠芷婀?,常規(guī)想法都是放個沙發(fā)讓客戶休息,其實現(xiàn)在的消費習慣跟以前有很大的不同,盡量讓顧客坐在銷售柜臺前休息。
5)主通道過人的位置留了1.3米,這些都是經(jīng)驗所得,留太多了也是浪費,這樣正好過人也可以放椅子。
這家店鋪是一個街邊店,街邊店的流量沒有商場里面的流量大,就需要我們在門口做點吸睛的東西,這個時候櫥窗就顯得比較重要,再者就是進門的位置不能太常規(guī),不然就沒辦法打破傳統(tǒng)店的印象。
進門的這個縱向視線里面,全部都是讓顧客看到的是精品區(qū),起到一個引流導向作用,中島區(qū)在右邊靠里的位置,這一塊很重要,因為主要成交區(qū)在這一塊,只要進來的顧客就會逼著他們圍著店鋪走一圈,走一圈看遍產(chǎn)品,一定有他想買的珠寶。
最后把收銀臺放在門口,結(jié)賬的時候是需要等候的,這會產(chǎn)生一個聚集效應,自然而然就吸引到外面的顧客。
這是我們設計這張平面圖的構思和idea,客戶也一致通過,接下來5天就開始設計效果圖。

The warehouse has compressed. The display has changed. The customer feels the previous display and the design is too traditional without new ideas, therefore this time we has changed a lot for him.
1) customers asked us whether the counter is open or closed? I told her that both cabinets have their own advantages. The advantages of the closed cabinets are aesthetic, less volume, and more goods can be put through the open cabinets. Our store is mainly exquisite, not the volume of goods for priority. It is beautiful while enough to put goods.
2) notice that the counter corners in the upper left and upper right corner are arcuated, while the counter corners were previously right-angled. The reason for this design is to weaken it. Another function is to combine with the space, and the wall is also made to be arcuated, and the two correspond to each other spatially.
3) the size of the warehouse has been reduced by 50% , from 41 square feet to 20 square feet. Why did we change it this way? Because the location of the store was limited, and the rent of the jewelry store was very high. It would be a waste of space if the warehouse was too big. Our principle was that the warehouse just be sufficient. We gave the area to the sales area and made two hidden doors for the warehouse. Both sides could enter the warehouse, and the hidden doors would not affect the beauty.
4) remove the rest area, the entire sales area is 100 square. Customer is also very strange. The conventional idea is to put a sofa for customers to rest. In fact, consumption habits are now very different from before, trying to let customers sit at the sales counter to rest.
5) the main passageway has 1.3 meters of overpass space. These are all lessons learned. Too much space is a waste of time.1.3 meters can pass the people while put the chairs.
This shop is a shop on the street. The flow of the street shop is not as large as that in the mall. We need to do something eye-catching at the door. At this time, the window display is important. Moreover the entering position could not be too conventional, otherwise can not break the traditional shop the impression.
Inside the vertical line of sight that entered the door, all the customers could see is the boutique area, which plays a role in guiding the flow. The Middle Island area is on the inner right. This area was very important, because the main transaction area was in this area, as long as the customer will be forced to come in around the shop to walk around. Walking around to see the product, there must be jewelry he wants to buy.
Finally, put the cash register at the door. When customers wait for the check-out, it creates a clustering effect that naturally attracts customers outside.
This is our idea and idea for the floor plan. The client agreed and started working on the renderings in the next 5 days.
