【201章婭妮說展柜】找什么樣的展柜供應(yīng)商?

上周開工之后,陸陸續(xù)續(xù)供應(yīng)商也開工了,找工作的人也多了起來,把去年年底已經(jīng)收了定金的訂單下到生產(chǎn)車間安排生產(chǎn),剛開工展柜廠里也不是特別忙。


來看我們工廠談?wù)构駱I(yè)務(wù)的客戶也會(huì)提前2天預(yù)約,不會(huì)貿(mào)然到訪,因此我有很多時(shí)間,去做一件比較重要的事,到我們的供應(yīng)商處去看看,也篩選一些新供應(yīng)商,客戶的要求在變,我也要與時(shí)俱進(jìn),時(shí)時(shí)更新我們的材料和技術(shù)。

都說做生意,兩頭靠一頭,要么是生產(chǎn)要么是業(yè)務(wù),而我們本身就是一家做了30年的展柜老牌工廠,也積累不少老客戶,是兩頭都占優(yōu)勢。

有許多供應(yīng)商是主動(dòng)找上門的,從多方面渠道聯(lián)系我,就打比方說一個(gè)最基礎(chǔ)的五金供應(yīng)商,我們原本有2家合作的五金公司,但是多多少少不是很滿足我們客戶的生產(chǎn)要求,今年主動(dòng)聯(lián)系到我的已經(jīng)有3家工廠,我讓他們把地址發(fā)給我,一定是距離近的先考慮合作。

他們可以主動(dòng)聯(lián)系我,這就說明他們對業(yè)務(wù)對以后我們之間的合作還是很重視的,這肯定比我去找他們要好??晌铱戳?家之后,這樣1個(gè)小時(shí)是看不出什么所以然來的,只能加了VX回去之后長期考察之后才能做出決定。

這跟要開珠寶店的客戶一樣,他們選擇一個(gè)工廠也很難,現(xiàn)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)越來越發(fā)達(dá),每個(gè)人都會(huì)上網(wǎng)傳播自己,因此選擇的對象更多了,信息更眼花繚亂,以前不上互聯(lián)網(wǎng),反正身邊人推薦哪家就哪家,因?yàn)槟阋舱也坏狡渌麖S家。


找到這么多廠家之后,還要進(jìn)行對比,有這么多的干擾因素,做出選擇也是很困難的一件事情,尤其我們的準(zhǔn)客戶一旦制作展柜都是一筆不小的費(fèi)用,小幾十萬,多的也有上百萬,更不容易輕易下決定。

因此我們工廠不僅把設(shè)計(jì)品味和制造質(zhì)量對標(biāo)國際一線大品牌,更要正心正念對待客戶,寧愿這筆訂單不做,也不能欺瞞消費(fèi)者。
