之前還有許多來廠里的新客戶問，怎么你們現(xiàn)在定金要收80%甚至還要收全款？

今天我也想說的是，正是因為收全款，在這幾年還能平穩(wěn)度過，還能繼續(xù)為大家服務。

人只有在不缺錢的情況下才會做出正確的選擇，一旦缺錢，就會出昏招。所以對客戶的要求是不賒賬且付80%的定金，而且還要要求高。

一旦口袋缺錢要墊資經營的時候，那作為管理者就會失眠就會焦慮就會心神不寧，在遇到決策的時候會做出錯誤的選擇，就會出現(xiàn)展柜粗制濫造、以次充好的現(xiàn)象。

緊接著就會出現(xiàn)產品做不好，導致客戶不滿意，口碑越做越差。

所以我們對供應商也如此，可以0帳期，但是你出貨速度要快，品質要高，哪怕返工也要第一時間配合，供應商已經收到款了，自然心里會把你的事當成一回事去做。

So we also do the same for the supplier. We can account for 0 period, but you have to ship fast with high quality, even if rework you need the first time to cooperate. The supplier has received the payment, and the natural mind will take your thing as a thing to do.

只有如此往復，才可以讓產品越做越好，產品好了，客戶就滿意，客戶滿意，業(yè)務自然好，全球那么大的市場，仍需多多努力呀。

Only in this way, we can make products better and better. With good products, customer will satisfy. With customer satisfaction, business is naturally good. The global market is so large. We still need more efforts.
