因?yàn)楫?dāng)你每天醒來(lái)的時(shí)候，你將永遠(yuǎn)不用去工作，你只需要起床去享受樂(lè)趣即可。你會(huì)覺(jué)得生活太美好了，「有終身之樂(lè)，無(wú)一日之憂(yōu)」，很多人覺(jué)得工作很辛苦只想躺平當(dāng)一條咸魚(yú)，尤其在今年我深深感覺(jué)有一份工作并且可持續(xù)發(fā)展的可以做下去是一件多么幸福的事。并且這份工作是你喜歡的，可以帶給你比較體面的生活。

我就想每天賣(mài)好展柜和陳列道具，人家都想有什么雙休，什么節(jié)假日啊，我不需要的。真不需要的，每年只要春節(jié)休息3天就可以了，做事業(yè)要鼓著一股勁，一鼓作氣，也不喜歡游山玩水，雖然都說(shuō)大自然可以放松心情，但是我比較喜歡逛商場(chǎng)，每個(gè)國(guó)家每個(gè)城市最豪華人氣最旺的商場(chǎng)都喜歡逛，隔一年去看都有不同的收獲，看他們不同門(mén)店不同品牌的設(shè)計(jì)感和陳列，尤其是一些頂級(jí)奢侈品店鋪，逛商場(chǎng)也不失為一個(gè)放松的好辦法，工作生活一舉兩得。

也喜歡看書(shū)，現(xiàn)階段沒(méi)有看一些哲學(xué)和歷史的書(shū)，也不看小說(shuō)，我看心理學(xué)的、銷(xiāo)售的、還有一些設(shè)計(jì)的書(shū)籍，都是很實(shí)用跟工作相關(guān)的書(shū)籍，平面設(shè)計(jì)、品牌設(shè)計(jì)、商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，反正都看一些，因?yàn)閷?duì)于設(shè)計(jì)沒(méi)有天賦，后期要靠很多時(shí)間和案例來(lái)惡補(bǔ)，看書(shū)也很重要，每天早上要固定時(shí)間看1-2個(gè)小時(shí)的書(shū)。

今年不能說(shuō)7天，但是一周有6.5天都在工廠(chǎng)，平均一天在工廠(chǎng)的時(shí)間超12個(gè)小時(shí)，在工廠(chǎng)吃，在工廠(chǎng)工作。很多外行甚至同行都覺(jué)得做工廠(chǎng)很辛苦，展柜是個(gè)苦行業(yè)，其實(shí)不然。我在工廠(chǎng)學(xué)了很多，做生意的技巧，包括生產(chǎn)設(shè)備還有工藝情況都摸熟。所以為什么說(shuō)一定要回來(lái)自家企業(yè)做事，當(dāng)下的社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀，哪怕海歸回國(guó)也不一定能找到所謂不辛苦的好工作，這早已不存在。任何人走出社會(huì)，在自己的領(lǐng)域做出點(diǎn)小苗頭賺到錢(qián)，就一定有3-5年的吃苦和踩坑，但是在自家企業(yè)，一年的歷練足矣，不僅僅是有人教有人帶，而且我父親跟我是血濃于水的關(guān)系，真的對(duì)我是傾囊相授毫無(wú)保留的傳授，在外面工作的話(huà)人家吃飯的竅門(mén)怎么會(huì)全部教給你呢？所以我覺(jué)得，是我先天條件好，后天得爭(zhēng)氣點(diǎn)。

職業(yè)不分貴賤，工作環(huán)境也不分貴賤，現(xiàn)在難道還有不辛苦的職業(yè)嗎？要打破這個(gè)天真的想法。

我們工廠(chǎng)雖然小，但是可以把制造質(zhì)量做到國(guó)內(nèi)細(xì)分領(lǐng)域的Top1%，提高制造質(zhì)量是義不容辭天經(jīng)地義的事，不然一個(gè)工廠(chǎng)存活了30年，難道整天靠吹牛？騙一單是一單，天下哪有這等好事能吹30年？

接下去要逐步對(duì)標(biāo)奢侈品展柜、陳列道具的品質(zhì)和設(shè)計(jì)感，夯實(shí)百?gòu)?qiáng)品牌的供應(yīng)商地位。

Doing a job that you love is like waking up every day not to work, but to enjoy something you're passionate about. Life feels so wonderful, and having a sustainable career that you truly enjoy is a tremendous blessing. It provides you with a decent living while fulfilling your interests.

I love selling exhibition stands and display fixtures. People often talk about weekends and holidays, but I don't really need them. All I need is a three-day break during the Spring Festival. Working with dedication and momentum is my preferred style. While others seek solace in nature, I find joy in exploring malls. Visiting the most luxurious and popular malls in different countries and cities offers a unique blend of relaxation and inspiration. Observing the designs and displays of various brands, especially top luxury outlets, is both work and play.

I also enjoy reading. Currently, I'm focusing on books related to psychology, sales, and design. These are practical reads that enhance my work in areas like graphic design, branding, and commercial design. I'm not naturally talented in design, so I rely on constant learning and practice. I dedicate one to two hours each morning to reading.

This year, I've spent most of my time in the factory, often exceeding 12 hours a day. Many outsiders, even those in the same industry, think working in a factory is arduous, but I've learned so much. I've gained insights into business practices, production equipment, and craftsmanship. So that is why do you have to go back to your own company to do things, the current social situation, even if you return to China, you may not be able to find a so-called good job, which does not existed. Working in my family's business has been invaluable. The one-year experience I've gained here is equivalent to three to five years of hardships and pitfalls in other workplaces. My father has been incredibly supportive and generous with his knowledge. If you work outside, how can you be taught all the tips of earning money? So I think it's because I have good congenital conditions, and I have to compete for the day after tomorrow.

No job is more noble than another, and work environments shouldn't be judged as such. In today's world, there are no easy jobs.

Although our factory is small, it can achieve the manufacturing quality to the top 1% of the domestic subdivision, and it is incumbent on us to improve the manufacturing quality, otherwise a factory has survived for 30 years, is it all day long? Lying a single is a single order, how can there be such a good thing in the world that can be blown for 30 years?

Next, it is necessary to gradually benchmark the quality and design sense of luxury showcases and display props, and consolidate the supplier status of the top 100 brands.
