【249大小姐說展柜】做展柜生意不要扯犢子

我想不通至今展柜業(yè)務(wù)員開發(fā)客戶,還是老三樣:我們質(zhì)量好,我們價格低,我們服務(wù)好,趕緊下單吧。


假設(shè)我是客戶,就一個問題:我咋知道你說真的假的,大家都這么說。


拿出方案,拿出證據(jù)。


電視劇理想之城里,30億的群星廣場項(xiàng)目,劉鐵生明確提出來:工期能不能提早一點(diǎn)?


但是乙方趙總說的是:這項(xiàng)目交給我們贏海,你就安心睡大覺。


乙方副總:我們用最先進(jìn)的技術(shù),以最快的速度竣工。


這和男人說的:我愛你一萬年,有什么區(qū)別,全是空話。


但是夏明直接攔下劉鐵生的車,告訴他具體的工期,能提早多少天,為什么能提早這么多天?我們用了什么技術(shù),有什么經(jīng)驗(yàn)來保證:提早這么多天,還能保質(zhì)保量,最終拿到了項(xiàng)目。


做展柜業(yè)務(wù)也是一樣的,你說價格低,有多低?你說質(zhì)量好,有證據(jù)嗎?你說服務(wù)好,我咋沒感覺到呢?


再舉個例子,簡單的交期延誤,大部分業(yè)務(wù)員只會說:我們一定抓緊做貨,盡快搞出來,可能是幾號出運(yùn)?


但是我們廠不一樣,在安撫好客戶之后,是會給方案的:我們在6號能出貨,后面的每一天,安排是這樣這樣的,每一天的產(chǎn)量是多少,我會做什么動作來保證出貨按計劃表進(jìn)行。


其實(shí)在距離交期剩下一半的時候,我們要跟客戶匯報,是否如實(shí)交貨,哪個方面出了問題,這樣給到客戶時間,他也好安排后續(xù)的進(jìn)展,收貨要安排人員,現(xiàn)場要清空,展柜才能進(jìn)場。


并且,我們工廠可以安排快船,或者空運(yùn)一部分,或者叫專車運(yùn)輸,最大可能不耽誤客戶的銷售計劃,自己是工廠,還是好安排生產(chǎn)一些。

Provide a plan, provide evidence.

However, Mr. Zhao, the contractor, simply said, "If you entrust this project to Yinghai, you can rest assured."


The deputy general manager of the contractor also said, "We'll use the most advanced technology to complete it as quickly as possible."


What's the difference between that and a man saying, "I love you for a million years"? They're all empty words.


But Xia Ming intercepted Liu's car and told him the specific construction period, how many days it could be shortened, and why. The same goes for the exhibition booth business. When you say your prices are low, how low are they? When you say your quality is good, do you have proof? When you say your service is exceptional, why haven't I felt it?


For example, when there's a delay in the delivery date, most salespeople would just say, "We'll work harder to complete the order as soon as possible. It might be ready by a certain date."

Moreover, when there's only half the time remaining before the delivery date, we'll report to the customer on whether we can deliver on time and what issues, if any, have arisen. This gives the customer time to make arrangements for subsequent steps, such as arranging personnel for receiving the goods or clearing the site for the booth's arrival.


Furthermore, our factory can arrange for express shipping, air freight, or dedicated transportation to minimize any disruption to the customer's sales plan. Being a factory, we have more flexibility in managing production.
