今天寫這個題目,或許感興趣的會比較多,之前一直寫展柜,就沒什么人關(guān)心。
我們工廠從1997年開始制作鐘表道具,那一年我2歲,正是香港回歸的時(shí)候,舉國同慶。當(dāng)時(shí)在國內(nèi)已有許多鐘表品牌,國產(chǎn)品牌開始冒出頭,就這樣,就開始跟鐘表店鋪打上交道。
后來就漸漸擴(kuò)大范圍,也開始做珠寶店鋪,老話說,珠寶手表是一家。經(jīng)歷了30多年,我們也算是有點(diǎn)摸清一些品牌和私人店主的一些門路。
說到開珠寶店,可能大家第一直覺答案是要有錢,要有足夠多的錢,這當(dāng)然是其中一個必要因素,但是真不是有錢就可以開珠寶店了。
第一,足夠的資本。金店珠寶店屬于重資產(chǎn)運(yùn)作,輕風(fēng)險(xiǎn),因?yàn)樨浧穬r(jià)值高,導(dǎo)致很多普通人沒有入局的籌碼。
第二,了解珠寶店的運(yùn)行結(jié)構(gòu)??梢允撬接蛐〉辏部梢允瞧放频?,自己店就是事情比較少,但是品牌是大眾認(rèn)可度高,各有利弊。
第三,切入點(diǎn)和特色。在這個滿大街都是珠寶店的時(shí)代,要找到自己店鋪的核心店,如果單純是拼價(jià)格,那肯定是拼不過水貝的賣家啦。你的產(chǎn)品鏈、價(jià)格、設(shè)計(jì)都可以是切入點(diǎn)。
第四,店鋪選址??创蠹议_店的定位是什么,還有成本的控制,街邊店呢還是會所形式,現(xiàn)在不少客戶都選址在寫字樓,交通方便、安靜,也不會被翹客戶,街邊店就需要開在繁華鬧市區(qū),人流多的地方,線下引流顧客多。店面位置對于線下珠寶店的成功至關(guān)重要,店面應(yīng)該位于一個繁華的商業(yè)區(qū),并且要有足夠的客流量。
第五,服務(wù)。會買珠寶的客人都是有錢人,沒有閑錢的老百姓不會去購入珠寶,因此提供良好的店內(nèi)服務(wù)也是關(guān)鍵,很多店鋪一進(jìn)去就是泡茶、捏腳服務(wù),好到你沒法想象,感覺進(jìn)入了天堂,真的把顧客當(dāng)成了上帝,價(jià)格貴一點(diǎn)就貴吧,感覺到位就買單了。
第六,裝修。裝修就依據(jù)定位來做,普通門店普通裝修,幾十萬就搞定,高端門店幾百萬到幾千萬的客戶我們都你做過。鑫峰展柜廠還是以高端客群為主,做有錢人生意,把制造質(zhì)量和設(shè)計(jì)感逐步對標(biāo)國際一線大品牌。
總之,珠寶店也并不是遙不可及,但也并不是那么好開,這也只是我自己的一點(diǎn)見解,歡迎網(wǎng)友們交流。

Our factory has been producing clock and watch props since 1997, when I was just 2 years old, the year when Hong Kong returned to China, and the whole nation celebrated. There were already many domestic watch brands emerging back then, and our factory started collaborating with watch shops.
Later, we gradually expanded our scope and began to cater to jewelry stores as well. As the saying goes, jewelry and watches are closely related. After more than 30 years, we have somewhat gained a clear understanding of the brands and some private store owners.
When it comes to opening a jewelry store, people might immediately think that one needs to have a lot of money, and indeed, it is a necessary factor. However, having money alone is not enough to open a jewelry store.
First, sufficient capital. Gold and jewelry stores require heavy asset operations with relatively low risks due to the high value of the goods, making it difficult for many ordinary people to enter this field.
Second, understanding the operational structure of a jewelry store. It can be a private small shop or a branded store. Running your own shop means fewer responsibilities, but branded stores enjoy higher public recognition. Each has its own pros and cons.
Third, finding a unique selling point and specialty. In this era where jewelry stores are ubiquitous, it is crucial to identify the core competitiveness of your store. Merely competing on prices cannot beat the sellers in Shui Bei (a well-known jewelry market in Shenzhen, China). Your product chain, pricing, and design can all serve as unique selling points.
Fourth, store location. It depends on the positioning of your store and cost control. Some customers prefer a storefront in a commercial building for convenience and quietness, while others prefer a street-side shop in a bustling downtown area to attract more customers offline. The location of the store is crucial for the success of a physical jewelry store, and it should be located in a prosperous commercial area with sufficient foot traffic.
Fifth, service. Customers who purchase jewelry tend to have disposable income, and ordinary people without extra money would not consider buying jewelry. Therefore, providing excellent in-store service is also essential. Many stores offer services such as tea service and foot massage, which are so good that customers feel like they're in heaven. Even if the prices are a bit higher, customers are willing to pay for the excellent service.
Sixth, decoration. The decoration should be tailored to the store's positioning. A regular storefront can be decorated with tens of thousands of yuan, while we have also catered to high-end stores with budgets ranging from millions to tens of millions. In conclusion, while a jewelry store may not be entirely unattainable, it is not an easy feat to open one. These are just my personal insights, and I welcome any discussions from netizens.
