今天認(rèn)識了一個新概念,叫壞消息法則。
意思是說,一個人如果聽到好消息,平均會把它傳給6個人,但是如果聽到的是壞消息,那么這個數(shù)據(jù)就變成了23個人。
人們更愿意去分享壞消息,而不是好消息。
俗話說,好事不出門,壞事傳千里,果然是有道理的。
恰好今天看到一段話,說,在商業(yè)領(lǐng)域,沒有回頭客思維是做不成事的。
首先,自己有沒有被坑都是能發(fā)現(xiàn)的,發(fā)現(xiàn)之后,大家肯定心情都不太好,就別想著有復(fù)購了,其次壞名聲是很容易傳播的,即便是流動性極強(qiáng)的商業(yè)場所,而壞名聲一旦變成共識,那就基本破產(chǎn)了,至少是信用破產(chǎn)。
這一點(diǎn)我覺得自己做的還是比較好的,我從小父親就在他工廠辦公室掛上“誠信贏天下”的牌匾,因此這幾個字就開啟了我做展柜生意的底層邏輯。
我自己做生意之后,偏向于做回頭客生意,雖然我的價格是貴了一些,而且還不賒賬,但是我喜歡給予客戶高于預(yù)期的展柜和服務(wù),所以我會在產(chǎn)品的制造質(zhì)量上花很多小心思。
我對市場占有率沒有很大的野心,我對自己的目標(biāo)是,讓客戶有大品牌的展示效果和高性價比,成為展柜、陳列道具的一線網(wǎng)絡(luò)品牌。
我們鑫峰廠的口碑也一直蠻好的,就這樣歷經(jīng)了30余年,有70%的客戶跟工廠合作超過15年以上。同時,鑫峰展柜廠也保住了它的江湖地位。
做品牌就是做的回頭客,品牌意味著什么?
質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,服務(wù)可靠,第一次的消費(fèi)跟第N次的消費(fèi),基本沒什么不一樣。
參考我們經(jīng)常吃的肯德基,麥當(dāng)勞,是不是一切都很可預(yù)見?
回頭客思維也就是長期主義思維,意味著在意店鋪老板和顧客的體驗(yàn)和口碑。
而我也已經(jīng)用“章婭妮”這個名字注冊了展柜品牌,這代表了我此生都不會轉(zhuǎn)行,也代表我要把展柜做好的決心。
作為自家展柜的銷售者,我對自己銷售的產(chǎn)品的要求是:
1.逐步對標(biāo)大品牌展柜、陳列道具的品質(zhì)與設(shè)計感,夯實(shí)百強(qiáng)品牌的供應(yīng)商地位。
2.在鑫峰展柜廠的責(zé)任范圍內(nèi),不收費(fèi)、無條件全整改,做到客戶滿意為止。
3.我最痛恨的是偷工減料和以次充好,因此要做到配稱魯班弟子的工藝與技術(shù),配稱大國工匠的全品質(zhì)。畢竟,想要贏得客戶的認(rèn)可和尊重,首先要得到自己的認(rèn)可。
Today, I encountered a new concept called the "Bad News Principle".
It suggests that when a person hears good news, they tend to share it with an average of six people, but if the news is bad, the number jumps to 23.
People are more inclined to spread bad news rather than good news.
As the saying goes, "Good things don't leave the house, but bad things travel a thousand miles." It turns out to be quite true.
I also read a passage today stating that in the business world, without a mindset focused on repeat customers, one cannot succeed.
Firstly, customers can easily detect whether they have been cheated or not. Once they do, their mood is bound to be affected, making repeat purchases unlikely. Secondly, bad reputations spread easily, even in highly mobile commercial environments. And once a bad reputation becomes a consensus, it often leads to bankruptcy, or at least a credit collapse.
I believe I've done quite well in this aspect. My father has always hung a plaque inscribed with "Integrity Wins the World" in his factory office, which has deeply influenced my underlying logic in running my own showcase business.
Since starting my own business, I've focused on repeat customers. Although my prices are higher, and I don't offer credit, I strive to provide customers with showcases and services that exceed their expectations. Therefore, I pay great attention to the manufacturing quality of my products.
I don't have a big ambition for market share. My goal is to provide customers with the display effect of a big brand and high cost-effectiveness, making my showcase and display props a first-tier online brand.

I have also registered my showcase brand under the name "Zhang Yani," representing my lifelong commitment to this industry and my determination to excel in it.
As the salesperson of our own showcases, my requirements for the products I sell are:
Gradually aligning the quality and design of our showcases and display props with big brands, solidifying our position as a supplier to top-tier brands.
Within the responsibility scope of Xinfeng Showcase Factory, providing free and unconditional comprehensive rectification until the customer is satisfied.
I abhor cutting corners and substituting inferior materials. Therefore, we strive to match the craftsmanship and techniques worthy of a disciple of Lu Ban, the legendary master carpenter, and the overall quality befitting a skilled craftsman of a great nation. After all, to earn the recognition and respect of customers, one must first earn their own.
