剛收到美國客戶的全額到賬做展柜，來自美國的展柜定制訂單，經(jīng)過轉(zhuǎn)介紹，最終在我們鑫峰展柜廠下單，由于趕船運的緣故，還多付了15%的加急費。

她說她也對比了其他市面上幾家展柜廠，選擇在我們工廠下單，我非常明白我們的展柜價格絕對是不便宜的，我也深知選擇我們的客戶絕對不會是因為低價才下單。她說她選擇我一是信任，二是質(zhì)量。

收到全額的貨款之后，我開始跟設(shè)計師一同出圖，展柜的尺寸和款式是我們事先就敲定好的，做的是工廠之前做過的珠寶展柜的款式，五金顏色也不變，只是尺寸有所改動。把單節(jié)展柜的施工圖修改好，效果圖渲染還需要一點時間。

我還要跟客戶確認燈光的情況，他們是用來擺放一些手工藝品，是比較小的產(chǎn)品，不是像以前的珠寶鐘表奢侈品的，又是在大會場使用，所以燈光他是要非常亮的。而且不能一天使用10小時燈條就發(fā)燙。

第二點我要跟她確認美國的電壓，由于不同國家和地區(qū)的電力系統(tǒng)和電器設(shè)備不同，因此每個國家的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓也存在差異。中國是240V/60Hz，日本和朝鮮是100V/50Hz，美國是120V/60Hz，歐洲是230V/50Hz，澳大利亞也是240V/50Hz。

展柜制作時選擇的變壓器就要選用寬電壓，可以調(diào)節(jié)電壓，我們工廠都是使用臺灣的明緯電源，穩(wěn)定，價格也高，目前沒有變壓器比這個品牌的更好，也沒有幾個工廠舍得使用這種變壓器。

第三點是插座使用。了解到展柜是在展會上使用，而且使用者又是女生，我要考慮到現(xiàn)場的使用便捷情況，常規(guī)情況下，我們的展柜是不留插座的，不像風(fēng)扇那樣插頭一插就可以工作，因為展柜要接線，接線又要根據(jù)現(xiàn)場留線位來確定，畢竟線直接留在地面上是不太美觀的也不安全。

于是我上網(wǎng)搜索了美國的插座，買了美規(guī)的三孔插頭通過ETL/UL認證，并且預(yù)留了1.5米的線，幾節(jié)展柜都是分開單獨使用的，可以單獨接插座通電。這樣在廠里接好插頭，客人在現(xiàn)場把插頭接到美國的插座上就可以使用，方便，1.5米長的線也夠使用了。

細節(jié)全部確認好之后才能下單，這個單又比較急，客人也明白，特別有契約精神，多付了15%的加急費給工廠，我們工廠值得客戶如此的信任，無論從專業(yè)和經(jīng)驗還是制造的質(zhì)量都從來沒有辜負過任何一位客人，而且在鑫峰展柜廠的責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)，不收費、無條件全整改，做到客戶滿意為止，做展柜不止賺錢更要賺信用，

We have just received full payment for a custom display cabinet order from an American client who was referred to us. Despite the urgency of shipping by sea, she agreed to pay an additional 15% expedite fee. She mentioned that she compared several display cabinet manufacturers in the market before choosing our XinFeng Display Cabinet Factory. The dimensions and style of the display cabinets were already agreed upon, based on a previous jewelry display cabinet design, with unchanged hardware colors but modified dimensions. We are now finalizing the construction drawings for each section of the display cabinet, while the rendering of the effect diagrams will take a bit more time.

I need to confirm the lighting requirements with the client. The products they intend to showcase are handcrafted items, which are relatively small and will be displayed at a convention hall. Therefore, the lighting needs to be exceptionally bright. Additionally, the light strips should not overheat after ten hours of continuous use.

Secondly, I need to confirm the voltage in the United States since electrical systems and standards vary globally. In China, the standard voltage is 240V/60Hz, Japan and North Korea use 100V/50Hz, the United States operates on 120V/60Hz, Europe uses 230V/50Hz, and Australia follows 240V/50Hz.

For this reason, when manufacturing the display cabinets, we will use transformers capable of wide voltage adjustment. Our factory exclusively uses Ming Wei power supplies from Taiwan, known for their stability and higher cost. Currently, there is no better brand of transformer available, and few factories opt for such high-quality components.

The third point concerns the use of sockets. As these display cabinets will be used at exhibitions and the user is female, I must consider the convenience of on-site operation. Typically, our display cabinets do not come equipped with sockets as they require wiring, which must be done according to the venue's layout to ensure safety and aesthetics.

To address this, I sourced certified three-prong plugs compliant with ETL/UL standards and pre-wired them with a 1.5-meter cable. Each section of the display cabinets can operate independently, allowing easy connection to the local power supply. This setup ensures ease of use and the length of the cable is sufficient for the application.

After confirming all details, we can proceed with the order. Given the urgency, the client understands and has shown remarkable trust, paying the additional fee. Our factory is deserving of this trust, maintaining a commitment to professionalism and quality, ensuring every client is satisfied without additional charges or conditions within the scope of our responsibility. Making display cabinets is not only about making a profit but also about earning credibility.
