前兩天，出現(xiàn)了一個小小的返工的情況，我也不想出現(xiàn)，但是我覺得還是出于對客戶負責任的態(tài)度，要把這個東西調整一下。

情況是這樣子的，客戶下單做了1個七字型的維修臺，它是屬于那種做手表維修的，也是我們廣東省內的一個客戶找我做的。

我們貼那個能發(fā)光的logo嘛，要做發(fā)光字，結果就在貼發(fā)光字這個環(huán)節(jié)搞錯了，高度貼矮了5厘米，我看著特別不順眼，因為我們柜子看的多了，我就感覺看的特別不對勁，第一眼就不對了。

其實換也可以，不換也可以，處于換和不換的邊界。

換的話我們可能就要三天人工搭進去，不換呢客戶也能接受，因為這是不影響它的功能的，也不影響美觀，字并沒有貼歪，非常工整，也沒有溢膠。客戶覺得ok的無所謂唉，但是我很難受，我看到那個字，然后我也跟客戶就提了一嘴，我說這個因為我們有施工圖的，如果他對照施工圖嚴謹點，他對照施工圖他肯定會發(fā)現(xiàn)，但是其實是不影響使用的，也不影響美觀，最后還是立馬就安排同事返工，拆字，重新做油漆，再裝字。

這個柜子弄不好，晚上都睡不著覺，真的有點強迫癥。

如果要是一個東西真的沒做好，晚上真的是睡不著覺，我越想越難受。可能我們這邊的廣東這邊的供應商都是這樣的，我們收了客戶的錢，因為我們做柜子他要付全款做的，他是全款付給我，做不好我心里會很難受很內疚，感覺很對不起他，所以我就一定要把它改好，就是哪怕我多增加三天的人工都一定要把它做好。

把那個字又拆下來，然后面上又重新噴油漆，噴了油漆又把它給裝上去。

我要對每一個信任我的客戶去負責，不能說就糊弄他們，其實也是在糊弄自己，也是在糊弄我們的員工，他就覺得你這種東西可以蒙混過關。

其實不是這樣的，要從小事就要對自己嚴謹一些，這是我們做事的初衷，態(tài)度決定成敗，也對客戶負責，就是從小單開始做，然后做到大單就會不出錯嘛，因為畢竟現(xiàn)在只是一個柜子弄錯了，萬一以后我們一家店的柜子呢對不對？損失匯更大，現(xiàn)在還只是損失了三天的人工費而已。

作為一個制造企業(yè)，連老板都對品質質量沒要求，那下面的員工對品質就更加大打折扣了。

做了不稱心的展柜，應該來鑫峰廠試試。

A few days ago, there was a minor issue requiring rework, something I didn't want to happen, but out of responsibility to the client, I felt it necessary to make adjustments.

The situation was as follows: A client placed an order for a L-shaped repair station, specifically for watch repairs. This client is also based within Guangdong Province.

We were to affix a luminous logo, which involved installing illuminated letters. However, during this process, we made a mistake, placing the letters 5 centimeters too low. It looked particularly off to me because, having seen numerous cabinets, I immediately noticed the discrepancy.

Technically, replacing the letters was optional, as it did not affect functionality or aesthetics. The letters were aligned perfectly straight without any excess adhesive. The client was fine with it, but I felt uncomfortable seeing the misplacement. I mentioned it to the client, explaining that according to our construction drawings, if they were to compare it rigorously, they would notice the error. Nevertheless, it did not impact the use or appearance. Despite this, I promptly arranged for colleagues to redo the work, removing the letters, repainting, and reinstalling them.

Not fixing this cabinet would have kept me up at night, almost like having obsessive-compulsive disorder.

When something isn't done right, it really bothers me. Perhaps suppliers in Guangdong share similar sentiments. Since our clients pay us in full for the cabinets, I feel a great sense of guilt if the job isn't done correctly. Hence, I insisted on rectifying the issue, even if it meant adding three more days of labor to get it right.

We removed the letters and resprayed the surface before reinstalling them.

I must take responsibility for every client who trusts me and ensure we don't cut corners. Doing so would be cheating ourselves and our employees, who might then think such slip-ups are acceptable.

That's not the case; we should maintain strict standards, which is the principle we operate by. Attitude determines success and shows respect to our clients. Starting with small orders and ensuring no mistakes helps build confidence for larger ones. Imagine if we made a mistake with an entire store's cabinets—the loss would be far greater. Right now, we only incurred an extra three days of labor costs.

As a manufacturing company, if the boss doesn't demand quality, the employees will likely lower their standards even further.
