剛剛給我的一個(gè)客戶，也是浙江金華的一個(gè)客戶，她是去年在我們這里做的一個(gè)翡翠的展柜，她是做翡翠店的，她們家世代好像都是做翡翠，反正就是很有腔調(diào)很土豪，很漂亮的一個(gè)小姐姐。

95后很年輕，她對(duì)她店鋪的要求非常高，整個(gè)裝修的品位、品質(zhì)的要求就比較嚴(yán)格的，包括做展柜也是，她是想做品質(zhì)好的展柜，應(yīng)該去年也找了比較多的展柜廠，后來(lái)就找到我們廠里來(lái)，最終還是下單給我們廠。

其實(shí)我們工廠性價(jià)比真的高，一份價(jià)格，三份質(zhì)量，比同行價(jià)格是高出不少。她最后還是選擇在我們這里做，她那個(gè)展柜特復(fù)雜，全部異形的，他們是以好看美觀為主，而不是說(shuō)以省錢實(shí)用為主。如果以省錢為主的話，其實(shí)有很多展柜廠是做的很便宜的，她就不喜歡嘛看不上，最后還是找我們做。

在前兩天，出現(xiàn)了一個(gè)售后的一個(gè)問(wèn)題，她那個(gè)柜子是圓弧形的，我等下在下面po一個(gè)小視頻，大家可以看一下啊，就它是怎么出現(xiàn)售后的問(wèn)題的。

它因?yàn)槭腔⌒?，然后大概?.8米長(zhǎng)，它那個(gè)不銹鋼邊就有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，稍微有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)脫落了，需要人去打膠。因?yàn)槲覀兪窃趶V東東莞，她呢是在金華，我們自己人過(guò)去，我覺(jué)得是非常非常這個(gè)不現(xiàn)實(shí)的。

出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題不是說(shuō)我出貨了柜子就死人不管了，那不可能的。我們做不出那種事的呀，我只要工廠還在開(kāi)，哪怕你柜子做了過(guò)了10年20年，你有問(wèn)題找我，我還是會(huì)給你處理的，至少我也會(huì)教你怎么處理，或者是我自己給你處理，這個(gè)都可以，所以就是在我們這做是不用擔(dān)心這個(gè)售后的問(wèn)題。

我是直接在金華，找了一個(gè)當(dāng)?shù)氐囊粋€(gè)打膠的師傅，然后去給客戶收了一下膠，因?yàn)榭蛻粢彩且粋€(gè)年輕的女生嘛，你讓她去弄，她肯定搞不明白的，所以我就馬上找了一個(gè)師傅，很快啊剛剛過(guò)去一下子就搞完了，我就出了點(diǎn)錢，然后也不用叫我自己廠里的工人去怎么樣，我也不用操心，他幫我處理得很好，因?yàn)槲覀兊墓褡硬粫?huì)出現(xiàn)大問(wèn)題的，但你小問(wèn)題這個(gè)使用不當(dāng)肯定還是會(huì)有的。

I recently spoke with a client from Jinhua, Zhejiang. She had ordered a jade display cabinet from us last year for her jade store, a business that has been in her family for generations. She is a very elegant and wealthy young lady, born after 1995.

She has very high standards for her shop, demanding exceptional taste and quality in both the overall decoration and the display cabinets. She wanted top-quality cabinets and had contacted several display cabinet manufacturers before ultimately choosing our factory.

Our factory offers great value for money—paying one price gets you three times the quality, which is significantly higher than industry standards. Despite the higher cost, she chose to place her order with us. Her cabinets were particularly complex, all custom shapes, prioritizing aesthetics over cost-effectiveness. There are plenty of cheaper options available, but they didn't meet her standards.

Two days ago, a post-sale issue arose with her cabinet, which is circular. I'll share a short video below to illustrate the problem.

The stainless steel edge on the curved cabinet, approximately 1.8 meters long, showed a slight detachment, requiring some caulking. Given that we are located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and she is in Jinhua, it would be impractical for us to send someone personally.

Here’s how I addressed the issue:

We certainly took care of it. While we offer a three-year warranty on our cabinets, this particular issue occurred beyond the warranty period. However, as long as our factory remains operational and I, Zhang Yani, am still in the display cabinet business, I will ensure customer service is provided. We can discuss the specific costs with the client later.

We will abandon our customers once the sale is complete? That would be unthinkable. As long as our factory continues to operate, even if ten or twenty years have passed, if you encounter an issue, we will assist you. At the very least, we will guide you on how to resolve the problem, or we will handle it directly.

In this case, I found a local caulking expert in Jinhua to help the client. Since she is a young woman, asking her to do it herself would be unreasonable. So, I promptly arranged for a specialist to fix the issue efficiently. I covered the cost, without needing to send our own workers, saving me the trouble. The technician handled it well, as our cabinets rarely experience major issues, though minor problems due to improper use can occur.
