【342大小姐說展柜】靠實力獲取展柜訂單

“在人人都生意興隆的時候,廣告公司無需有特殊的本事便能招攬到客戶;但是在經(jīng)濟衰退的時候,暮氣沉沉的公司就會支撐不住,只有朝氣蓬勃的公司才能向前躍進。


廣告公司爭取第一家客戶是最難的,因為這時廣告公司還沒有業(yè)績,沒有成功的實例,沒有聲望。在這個階段,不妨為一些有希望爭取的客戶搞一點產(chǎn)品初步調研,作為自薦之階。


在你把調研的結果給廣告主看的時候,他們的好奇心很少會不觸動。”


這是我在一本書《一個廣告人的自白》里面看到的文字。


不妨聯(lián)想到我們自己工廠的業(yè)務,我老師說過,人20年是一個大運,20年里面3-4年是賺錢的高速期,這3-4可能賺到我們一輩子夠用的錢。像我們廠已有30多年,已經(jīng)進入第二個大運期,前面20年,經(jīng)歷了手表實體店快速開店的周期,做手表展柜真的做瘋了,合作了國內外100多個品牌,而且全都是下了授權證書制作,合法合情合理。


那幾年幾戶98%都是大品牌公司,很少給零散客戶生產(chǎn),應該說,我們起步辦工廠的時候就是和國內前10的手表品牌合作,后來就越來越多公司找到我們,不需要再跑什么業(yè)務,他們每個品牌的門店少的有1000家,多的有4-5千家,多的數(shù)都數(shù)不過來,每個月開店,雖然說也有閉店的,但還是開的多。


每天我們就坐在工廠接單,源源不斷的訂單,只需把工廠內部的人、材料、品質把控好即可。


直至黑天鵝來臨,立馬反應到不對勁,開始拓展外貿客戶,國外手表品牌,國內生意好,可以說是吃到了時代的紅利,大家都猛開線下實體店,現(xiàn)在電商越來越發(fā)達,實體店也少了很多,在國外的客戶依然選擇了跟我們合作。


一是我們專注、專業(yè),在手表展示領域,我父親一直聚焦手表展示,因此我們在開發(fā)客戶的時候,也是只開發(fā)手表客戶,全球的手表公司太多太多了,根本做都做不完,小眾市場對我們來說已經(jīng)是大市場了,足夠做。


客戶幾戶一看到我們的工廠,我們的樣板,就知道我們是專業(yè)做表展示的工廠,而且還是源頭工廠,拿下訂單,可以說10個有9個都成功,獵取新的業(yè)務,除了運氣外,高效率和勤奮就是最佳的武器。


正心正念做展柜,誠心誠意做人。

Drawing parallels to our factory's business, my mentor once said that a person's life cycle includes periods of fortune, with a span of 20 years constituting a significant phase. Within this 20-year period, there are 3-4 years of rapid growth where one may earn enough to last a lifetime. Our factory, which has been operating for over 30 years, has entered its second significant phase. In the first 20 years, we experienced the boom of physical watch stores, producing watch display cabinets at a frantic pace. We collaborated with over 100 brands both domestically and internationally, all of which granted us official authorization to manufacture for them, ensuring legality and legitimacy.


During those years, nearly 98% of our clients were large brands, and we rarely produced for individual customers. From the outset, we partnered with the top 10 domestic watch brands, which led to more companies seeking our services. Each brand operated anywhere from 1,000 to 4,000 stores, with new openings each month despite occasional closures.


We sat in the factory receiving a steady stream of orders, focusing solely on managing internal personnel, materials, and quality control.


When the unexpected happened, we swiftly adapted by expanding our clientele to include international customers. The domestic market was thriving, benefiting from the era's dividends as everyone rushed to open brick-and-mortar stores. With the rise of e-commerce, physical stores have decreased, yet our foreign clients continued to collaborate with us.


Firstly, our focus and expertise in the watch display sector set us apart. My father's dedication to watch displays allowed us to specialize in this field when acquiring clients, targeting only watch companies. The global watch market is vast, providing endless opportunities. Even niche markets represent significant opportunities for us.


Clients recognize our specialization in watch display upon seeing our factory and samples, leading to a high success rate in securing orders—nine out of ten times. Besides luck, efficiency and diligence are the best tools for winning new business.


We strive to produce display cabinets with integrity and sincerity, embodying our commitment to our craft and to our clients."
