說(shuō)起來(lái)都是辛酸淚......

該交的學(xué)費(fèi)一分少不了，該踏入的坑一個(gè)不能少

事情是這樣的

昨天出口一批歐洲的珠寶展示道具，下單、打款、制作、出貨都非常順利，一切不要太順利了，40天時(shí)間交完貨出廠。

專注在自己擅長(zhǎng)的領(lǐng)域就是好，不僅做手表、珠寶展柜，也做手表、珠寶的陳列道具，國(guó)內(nèi)像我們這樣有30多年生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的工廠，應(yīng)該找不出第二家。正因?yàn)閷I(yè)，所以生產(chǎn)過(guò)程也特別融洽，每一個(gè)同事都做好自己的那部分，最終就呈現(xiàn)出完美的結(jié)果。

前天天客戶匯完20%的尾款，貨代就跟我約好今天上午來(lái)工廠提貨，車型、重量、數(shù)量、提貨單都是提前定好的。

大貨車早上8點(diǎn)半就到了工廠，9點(diǎn)鐘準(zhǔn)時(shí)上貨，20分鐘時(shí)間搞定，發(fā)走了。

到了晚上，貨物到了深圳鹽田港的倉(cāng)庫(kù)，倉(cāng)庫(kù)的人檢查出來(lái)，一個(gè)問(wèn)題，竟然是我們的貨物卡板不合格！

跟貨代的人溝通了30分鐘，也再三跟倉(cāng)庫(kù)確認(rèn)，確實(shí)不行。

那怎么辦呢？第二天就要裝船了，耽誤不得啊，此時(shí)，鹽田港倉(cāng)庫(kù)的人跟我說(shuō)，只能在他們那拆木托，換木托，一個(gè)木托收費(fèi)260元。雖然這已經(jīng)是天價(jià)了，但是沒(méi)有辦法，此時(shí)，貨物能出去是最好的，平常我們一個(gè)木托才65元人民幣。

用了4倍的價(jià)格買了一個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。

現(xiàn)在我查資料才清楚明白

出口卡板的外觀應(yīng)平整，無(wú)裂縫、無(wú)霉斑、無(wú)木屑和異味，而且要具備防潮防雨措施，確保貨物不受潮，還有一個(gè)高度的問(wèn)題，海運(yùn)限高是2米，空運(yùn)限高是1.6米，貨運(yùn)時(shí)木卡板不能大于集裝箱的尺寸。

另外，我們工廠用的是木卡板，出口需要進(jìn)行熏蒸處理和IPPC蓋章。在準(zhǔn)備出口木卡板之前，要選擇合適的熏蒸方式（熱處理或化學(xué)處理），符合出口國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)氐臋z疫標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這是用實(shí)木的卡板要注意的，如果用夾板的木托，就可以直接出口，夾板是人工板，也叫膠合板，不是天然木材，所以沒(méi)事。

做生意，真的處處是學(xué)問(wèn)。還好這次數(shù)量不多，花點(diǎn)小錢買個(gè)教訓(xùn)，最終讓貨物趕上了船期沒(méi)耽誤運(yùn)輸。如果以后是幾百卡板，那真的代價(jià)就大了。

There's no avoiding the tuition fees, and there's no skipping the pitfalls.

Here’s what happened:

Yesterday, we exported a batch of jewelry display props to Europe. The order placement, payment, production, and shipment went smoothly, all completed within 40 days.

Focusing on our expertise has been great. We not only manufacture watch and jewelry display cases but also display props for watches and jewelry. In China, it’s hard to find another factory with over 30 years of production experience like ours. Precisely because of our professionalism, the production process was particularly harmonious, with every colleague doing their part well, ultimately delivering perfect results.

Two days ago, the customer paid the final 20% balance, and the freight forwarder scheduled the pickup from the factory for this morning, with the vehicle type, weight, quantity, and pick-up documents all pre-arranged.

The large truck arrived at the factory at 8:30 in the morning, and loading began promptly at 9 o'clock, finishing up in just 20 minutes before it left.

By evening, the cargo had reached the warehouse in Shenzhen Yantian Port, where an issue was identified during inspection—the pallets we used were not compliant!

After a 30-minute discussion with the freight forwarder and multiple confirmations with the warehouse, it was clear that they were indeed unacceptable.

What could we do? With the cargo due to be loaded onto the ship the next day, delays were not an option. At this point, the warehouse personnel suggested dismantling and replacing the pallets on-site, charging 260 RMB per pallet. Although this was exorbitant—our usual cost is just 65 RMB per pallet—we had little choice but to accept. Getting the cargo out on time was the priority.

Only now, after checking the information, do I understand clearly:

Export pallets should be smooth without cracks, mold spots, wood chips, or odor, and must have moisture and rain protection measures to ensure the goods do not get damp. There is also a height limit; for sea freight, it is 2 meters, while for air freight, it is 1.6 meters. The size of the wooden pallet must not exceed the dimensions of the shipping container.

Additionally, since we use wooden pallets, they need to undergo fumigation treatment and be stamped with IPPC. Before preparing export wooden pallets, one needs to choose an appropriate fumigation method (heat treatment or chemical treatment) to meet the quarantine standards of the destination country. This is something to note when using solid wood pallets. If using plywood pallets, direct export is permissible as they are artificial boards, also known as composite wood, and not natural wood.

Doing business is indeed full of learning opportunities. Fortunately, this time the quantity was small, so we spent a bit more money to learn a lesson but managed to get the cargo on the ship without delaying the shipment. If it had been hundreds of pallets, the cost would have been significantly higher.
