【363大小姐說(shuō)展柜】見面1次,深圳設(shè)計(jì)師下一單到鑫峰廠制作展柜

這個(gè)事情說(shuō)來(lái)也很巧,跟葉總設(shè)計(jì)師,當(dāng)時(shí)是今年的330在另一個(gè)客戶那看到他出的圖紙,感慨,太好看了吧?。?!看到圖紙上有設(shè)計(jì)公司的名字,還有電話,我就冒昧打了個(gè)電話過(guò)去,斗膽加了個(gè)vx。


當(dāng)時(shí)并沒有想著能有合作,并不一定要有生意上的合作,我們從不推銷也不跟蹤,我還是堅(jiān)信想找你的客戶信任你的客戶始終會(huì)找你,不信任你的客戶,哪怕咨詢了你N+1次,也不會(huì)找你制作。我對(duì)于美的事物都有一個(gè)執(zhí)著,“顏值即正義”可能就是這樣。喜歡結(jié)交一些有想法有才華能給客戶帶去價(jià)值的設(shè)計(jì)師。


3月底在網(wǎng)上認(rèn)識(shí),時(shí)間過(guò)去了1周,4月6號(hào),設(shè)計(jì)師帶著他的團(tuán)隊(duì)一行人參觀我們展柜工廠,我一直是很歡迎客戶朋友來(lái)工廠參觀,因?yàn)閷?duì)自己的工廠有信心,所以不怕別人來(lái)參觀,進(jìn)入鑫峰廠的客人,90%都會(huì)打款下訂單。帶他們逛了我們的展廳和生產(chǎn)車間,介紹了我們自己的價(jià)值觀,我說(shuō)接下去我的使命就是逐步對(duì)標(biāo)大品牌展柜、陳列道具的品質(zhì)與設(shè)計(jì)感,夯實(shí)百?gòu)?qiáng)品牌的供應(yīng)商地位。我希望能讓客戶有奢侈品級(jí)別的展示效果和高性價(jià)比,成為展柜、陳列道具的一線網(wǎng)絡(luò)品牌。而且既能做鐘表、珠寶、博物館等展柜,又做陳列道具的工廠,國(guó)內(nèi)沒有第二家。


半天的接觸之后,對(duì)方公司的團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)我們也很認(rèn)可。


后來(lái)一直沒聯(lián)系,到7月4號(hào),設(shè)計(jì)師找到我,說(shuō)有一個(gè)訂單珠寶展柜想跟我們合作,這個(gè)江蘇的客戶也是第2次和他合作,第一次是找他設(shè)計(jì)店鋪,第二次是在當(dāng)?shù)卣伊嗽O(shè)計(jì)但是也是不遠(yuǎn)千里到深圳來(lái)找這家設(shè)計(jì)公司,一定要讓他們制作展柜。


于是,設(shè)計(jì)師就想到了我,他希望能跟我合作一次,整家店鋪柜臺(tái)風(fēng)格是偏深色系,五金部分選用了灰鈦色系+胡桃木木皮,是個(gè)蠻經(jīng)典的搭配,看得出來(lái)他仍然有一點(diǎn)擔(dān)憂,首先價(jià)格并不是他最擔(dān)心的,找我們的客戶,他知道我們工廠制作都不便宜,最重要的是安全保障和售后。我告訴他,鑫峰廠30年了,有幾十家大小客戶的企二代走過(guò)彎路,最終還是回到鑫峰定制展柜和陳列道具,而且在鑫峰展柜廠的責(zé)任范圍內(nèi),不收費(fèi)、無(wú)條件全整改,做到客戶滿意為止;大面積的面板噴漆,采用專有技術(shù),幾近無(wú)微顆粒,10個(gè)展柜廠9個(gè)做不到。


我是從來(lái)不辜負(fù)客戶的,把展柜當(dāng)作自己一生的事業(yè),信譽(yù)第一。


于是乎,合同是7月9號(hào)簽的,80%的定金是10號(hào)匯的,今天開始讓我們工廠的設(shè)計(jì)師開始出施工圖,預(yù)估后天正式下單到車間生產(chǎn)。

It was quite a coincidence. On March 30th of this year, I happened to see the drawings prepared by Chief Designer Ye at another client's site. I was struck by their beauty and thought, "Wow, these are amazing!" The drawings included the name of the design company and a phone number, so I took the liberty to call and add the contact on WeChat.


At the time, I didn't expect any immediate collaboration or business engagement. We never push sales or follow up persistently. I firmly believe that clients who truly trust us will find us eventually, while those who do not, despite numerous inquiries, will not choose us. I have a deep appreciation for beautiful things, adhering to the belief that "beauty is justice." I enjoy connecting with creative designers who bring value to their clients.


We met online in late March, and a week later, on April 6th, the designer and his team visited our display cabinet factory. I always welcome clients to visit our factory because I am confident in what we do. Ninety percent of visitors end up placing orders with us. I showed them around our showroom and production facilities, sharing our values and vision. I expressed that my mission is to gradually match the quality and design sensibilities of major brands’ display cabinets and fixtures, solidifying our position as a preferred supplier to top-tier brands. My goal is to provide clients with a luxury-level display effect at a competitive price, aspiring to become a leading online brand in display cabinets and fixtures. Moreover, we are the only factory in China that specializes in both display cabinets for watches, jewelry, museums, and display fixtures.


After half a day together, the team was impressed by our capabilities.


We did not communicate again until July 4th, when the designer reached out to me about a jewelry display cabinet order. This client from Jiangsu was working with him for the second time. Initially, the client hired him to design a store, and now, despite finding local designers, the client traveled to Shenzhen specifically to have this design company manufacture the display cabinets.


Thus, the designer thought of us and expressed his desire to collaborate. The store’s counter style was to be in darker tones, with hardware in gray titanium finish paired with walnut veneer—a classic combination. It was evident that he still had some concerns. Price was not his primary worry. What mattered most was safety assurance and after-sales service. I reassured him that Xinfeng Factory has been in operation for 30 years, and many second-generation entrepreneurs, having tried other options, ultimately return to us for custom-made display cabinets and fixtures. Within our responsibility, we offer free and unconditional rectifications until the client is satisfied. Additionally, our proprietary technique for large panel spray painting results in nearly particle-free finishes, a standard that few other factories can achieve.


I have never let a client down, treating the creation of display cabinets as a lifelong commitment with integrity being the top priority.


Consequently, the contract was signed on July 9th, and an 80% deposit was wired on the 10th. Today, we began preparing the construction drawings, expecting to place the official order with the workshop the day after tomorrow.
