7月18號(hào)收到客戶(hù)的一個(gè)好消息:
“你好,這個(gè)要計(jì)劃裝修,做鉆石、玉石,在中山”
順便發(fā)了店鋪的平面圖和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的圖片給我,核算了一下近300多個(gè)平方,這位客戶(hù)我也是不認(rèn)識(shí),大部分微信里很多客人我都不認(rèn)識(shí),但是都是因?yàn)楦构裣嚓P(guān)才會(huì)添加,展柜是1個(gè)工業(yè)品,不感興趣或者不需要的人并不會(huì)添加我的聯(lián)系方式,簡(jiǎn)短跟吳總微信聊過(guò)之后,我跟吳總說(shuō):
“我們是做展柜的工廠(chǎng),近30年來(lái),迪士尼漫威、卡西歐、飛亞達(dá)等近百個(gè)品牌,授權(quán)鑫峰廠(chǎng)定制展柜,而且鑫峰擁有自己的設(shè)計(jì)師團(tuán)隊(duì),這在業(yè)界也許難找第二家,每年原創(chuàng)幾十款展柜,但是我們會(huì)收設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi),不做免費(fèi)設(shè)計(jì)
吳總,你是要做高質(zhì)量的嗎?高質(zhì)量就意味著價(jià)格高,這家店主要是做二奢,還是做珠寶零售?之前采購(gòu)過(guò)的展柜有什么問(wèn)題嗎?”
于是客戶(hù)回復(fù)了我,先找當(dāng)?shù)氐脑O(shè)計(jì),此事就暫告一段落,我以為就這樣斷了。
設(shè)計(jì)這件事情,需要客戶(hù)十分的信任,我們說(shuō)好,客戶(hù)說(shuō)不好,那怎么整?設(shè)計(jì)是一件很主觀的事情,沒(méi)有信任度,基本上就沒(méi)有做成訂單的基礎(chǔ),展柜工業(yè)品首重信任,信任無(wú)價(jià),哪怕你偶爾瞎貓碰上個(gè)死老鼠,又有什么用呢?
時(shí)間又過(guò)了4天,到了周六,吳總在vx上聯(lián)系我們,咨詢(xún)?cè)O(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)怎么收,我告訴客人我們會(huì)先出平面圖和效果圖,并且一定要去現(xiàn)場(chǎng)看一次,看了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)當(dāng)面了解過(guò)之后才能出靈感,不然坐在工廠(chǎng)辦公室空想有什么用呢?
其實(shí)找我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)還有個(gè)隱形好處,可直接在源頭工廠(chǎng)制作,還原效果是最強(qiáng)的,因?yàn)閷?duì)材料對(duì)價(jià)格對(duì)施工結(jié)構(gòu)工藝的理解和把握一定是比別人強(qiáng)的,因此在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)可以放開(kāi)手腳設(shè)計(jì)。
咨詢(xún)完設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)之后,立馬轉(zhuǎn)了設(shè)計(jì)全款到我們賬戶(hù),相信你的客戶(hù),距離再遠(yuǎn),間隔再久,都一定會(huì)來(lái)找你制作的。未曾見(jiàn)面,一個(gè)尺寸,一個(gè)地址,報(bào)價(jià)后馬上付了全款的設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi),就放心讓我安排去設(shè)計(jì)了。這種被信任的感覺(jué),是真的幸福!信任你的客戶(hù),就有各種可能,不信任你的客戶(hù),什么都不會(huì)發(fā)生。
我們之所以要全款,省去了要賬的時(shí)間和經(jīng)理,用更多的精力在創(chuàng)作和制作展柜上,決不做小動(dòng)作,不做暴利生意,正因?yàn)橘Y金充足,才有能力正心正念做好自家展柜生意,而且好的設(shè)計(jì)靈感來(lái)源于設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi),這費(fèi)用不到賬,腦子里都沒(méi)有想法,設(shè)計(jì)師也沒(méi)有動(dòng)力,真的想不出來(lái),這人也很奇怪的。

They then sent me the floor plan and some pictures of the site. After calculating, it turned out to be nearly 300 square meters. I didn’t know this customer personally; most of the people who contact me via WeChat are strangers, connected through our mutual interest in display cabinets. As display cabinets are an industrial product, those who aren’t interested or don’t need them won’t add me. After a brief chat with Mr. Wu, I explained:
"Mr. Wu, are you looking for high-quality work? High quality comes with a higher price tag. Is this store mainly for second-hand luxury items or retail jewelry? Have you encountered any issues with the display cabinets you previously purchased?"
The customer replied that they would first consult with local designers, and I thought the matter was settled, expecting no further contact.
Design requires a high degree of trust from the customer. If we say it’s good but the customer disagrees, what can we do? Design is a subjective process, and without trust, there is no foundation for a successful order. Trust is invaluable in the display cabinet industry; occasional luck is meaningless without it.
Four days later, on Saturday, Mr. Wu contacted us via WeChat to inquire about the design fee. I informed him that we would first produce the floor plans and renderings and that it was necessary to visit the site to gather inspiration and understand the requirements better. Sitting in the factory office and imagining wouldn’t be productive.
There is an additional hidden benefit to hiring us for design: direct manufacturing at the source factory ensures the best reproduction of the design, thanks to our deep understanding of materials, pricing, construction structures, and craftsmanship. Thus, we can design with greater freedom.
After discussing the design fee, Mr. Wu promptly transferred the full payment to our account. Trust your customers, and regardless of the distance or time elapsed, they will come to you for production. Without ever meeting, sharing just a measurement and an address, he immediately paid the full design fee, trusting us to proceed with the design. The feeling of being trusted is truly rewarding! With trust from customers, anything is possible; without it, nothing happens.
We request full payment upfront to save the time and effort associated with chasing payments, allowing us to focus more on creating and producing the display cabinets. We do not engage in underhanded tactics or seek excessive profits. Thanks to sufficient funds, we can maintain integrity and focus on our business of making high-quality display cabinets. Good design inspiration comes from the design fee; without it, there is no motivation for the designer, and ideas don’t materialize.
